To which my daughter replied was she supposed to be in the kitchen making sandwiches? Then she let him have it. A while ago she went again, and once again he couldn't keep his sexist 1960s mentality to himself. I really hope this man doesn't have daughters or granddaughters. First let me start by saying that the employees here are fantastic. I've been going to this…read morecarwash for years since it's the closest to our house. Today I decided to go, and upon parking in the bay, was approached by 2 employees who offered to wash my car for training purposes. I was surprised at first but then obliged (free car wash- hello!). The older gentlemen training a younger teenager was excellent, kind and did a fantastic job. While he was explaining the different rinses etc. someone need help with the ATM machine, so they paused their work, which I was totally fine with and went to help the customer. It was not very busy at all, as I was the only vehicle in one of the bays, and only a couple in the 2nd one. Anyways, they returned to finish my vehicle and then another man appeared at the other end and pointed to the trainee and say "You! You work here??" and motioned for him to come over. He then started with say "Do you KNOW who I AM??!" ( I quickly learned that he was the owner) and he proceeded to VERY loud and angrily reprimand both employees where I could see and hear. It was honestly super uncomfortable. I just wanted to rinse off my vehicle and leave to go pick up my daughter. After that, they returned looking quite dejected. They finished the job and refused any money I tried to offer them. I said thank you and told them that the other guy was a dick. Upon leaving my review on their FB page, I quickly learned that there is an ENTIRE group dedicated to people who would like to see this owner (of both the Spruce and Stony) locations put out of business because of this very reason. Apparently this is normal behaviour for him, and I just cannot support a business where employees are treated in this way. Why even bother having offices if you're going to humiliate people like that? Anyways, thank you for the free carwash and thank you employees for your incredible service- only sorry you have to take your orders from a hot head like him!

I wanted a mini-detail, but they were too backed up, so they suggested a supreme interior cleaning. At the end of the line, the person doing the final details was not happy with the vacuuming job, so he sent it back. They redid the vacuuming and also put some dressing on the tires for the inconvenience. The car is amazingly clean, meeting or even exceeding what I would have expected even from a mini-detailing. It was much better than the last interior/exterior I had done at Bubbles. I can't recommend it enough!

She replied the car is pretty dirty. Our family and friends have been using this car wash for over a decade. This was a bait and switch and I will not be returning. In speaking with other patrons this is not an uncommon complaint.

I have a kind of love/hate relationship with this place…read more Price is probably the best thing about this place. Today regular gasoline was $114.9 per liter when the rest of the gas stations in Spruce Grove were mostly $125.9 per liter. Consistently this place has excellent prices though I recommend checking the sign before entering. Tempo has propane which is good. Co-op in Stony is more convenient for me for propane but nice to have an alternative. Forgot to check pricing on propane as I tend to not worry about it unless I'm camping This location is not so great if you're pulling an RV trailer. Mine is 22 feet and, though I can make it work when they're not busy, it's not ideal. They're often out of water at the squeegee stand. This makes the squeegees useless for washing windows. The parking lot and pump area is a bit of a cluster and could be better organized. Better signage and barriers to encourage traffic in one direction would make a huge difference in efficiency. (Always that one idiot stick who has to turn around and come back against the flow of traffic.)
