They also managed well in our trickier spots (eg around boulders). I greatly valued his years of experience in helping me determine the height that has worked for deer in *our area*, gauge of wire and which was better for us between wood and metal. His bid came in under the four other bids I gathered yet his materials quality were better than two of the others. On top of that after he measured the completed run, he dropped the price as the total length was less than I had predicted. His crew did solid work with the pedestrian and work gates though I decided to go with a higher end gate for our main entrance (from Black Barts). If I have another fencing project Marco would be my first choice.

He did everything we had agreed on and a little more. For instance, he thought it would be a good idea to extend the existing keypad arm a little further for convenience. It was his idea to make it better and additional cost to himself and beyond what was required. He also adapted his schedule to mine, which I appreciate. I would gladly do business with Marco again.

Sean designed and installed a really nice looking gate for us. We liked his work so much that we asked for him to install a cable railing system on a deck we were putting on the back of our house. I would definitely work with him again if we ever need another similar project done!

Installing a fence can be a lengthy process between coordinating with neighbors, adjusting quotes, and scheduling, but Fantastic Fence made everything feel seamless. A special thank you to Dominic, who came out to provide our quote. Not only did Fantastic Fence offer the most competitive quote we received, but Dominic was incredibly knowledgeable and informative. He took the time to explain our options, answer our questions, and provide valuable information that would have benefited us regardless of which company we chose. His honesty, professionalism, and expertise immediately set Fantastic Fence apart from the competition. The office staff was also wonderful to work with. Whenever we called or had questions, they were responsive, helpful, and easy to communicate with. Having a team that is so attentive throughout the process made everything run smoothly and stress-free. The installation crew, Moises and Eloy, were fantastic. They arrived promptly each day, worked incredibly hard in 90+ degree weather, and completed our fence installation in less than two days. Throughout the project, Moises handled communication with us and was always professional, courteous, and kind. We also had a miscommunication on our end regarding the type of gate we wanted. When we brought it to their attention, Fantastic Fence immediately addressed the issue and made it right at no additional charge. That level of customer service is rare and was greatly appreciated. It showed us that they genuinely care about customer satisfaction and stand behind their work. Their efficiency, craftsmanship, and attention to detail were outstanding. It's clear that Moises and Eloy take pride in their work, and it shows in the finished product. If we ever need another fence installed in the future, we would gladly request them again. My job wasn't a usual job for his company, a sprinkler system replacement and clean up with several loads of topsoil. He also rebuilt and added on to the rock wall that was needing repair. He said his guys could start the next day on Monday and be done by Wednesday, they had a large job they were starting. Needless to say I was thrilled! I just bought this house and I wanted it ready for my mom to move into. Alex did a FANTASTIC job and finished the job on time. Also I should mention it was not easy to access, very steep driveway that his guys had to navigate bringing in new soil. If you're lucky enough to get on Alex's calendar you won't be disappointed, but you will be one lucky customer! Thank you Alex!! Brodie Coleman

He made suggestions but also really listened and addressed any questions thoughtfully and thoroughly. Midway through the drainage system installation, he pointed out a place where I had some dry rot that should be repaired before they finished the work. Alex was flexible and waited to hear back from me that my repairs were done before coming back to complete his work. I'm so grateful for that, and also that we caught the issue before more damage had been done! The retaining wall and grading look great as do the rock work, drainage system and new concrete steps. All was completed in just 1-1/2 days, and for a very fair price. As an added bonus, the driveway and parking pad benefitted from extra gravel, including Alex and his team moving a heavy trailer to freshen up the area underneath with new stone. Everything looks amazing and we couldn't be happier! I would highly recommend Paradise View to anyone!
