No freaking way! You lost my business! Sweet Factory, you need to work on your employees' customer service. The lady was very rude and I didn't take the time to take her name because I was so disgusted with how she looked at me and dismissed me right away. She definitely could've handled that much more professionally and with a little more compassion for the customer. Sweet Factory, if you don't train up your staff to be more courteous, I'm sure you will lose more business! I will not be returning!

I recommend you leave those in the car. - dress warmly and wear comfortable shoes to walk in. - be prepared for lots of traffic going in and out so plan accordingly.
