This is for the bike rental service…read more On a random Monday morning off of work, I looked out of the window and decided that it would be a perfect day to bike around Kailua Town. Don't question it- that's just how my mind works. LOL. So I made a reservation online to rent out a bike that morning, was very pleased with the price (a little shy over $15 for four hours), and went on my way. Location was easy to find with ample parking, the guy at the counter got me set up with papers to sign my life away, and Don(?) set up the cruiser to my height. The rental came with a bike lock, a basket, and a helmet (which I didn't take). He gave me the run-down on how to operate the bike, let me do a test run around the parking lot before starting my time, and I was off on my way once comfortable. The cruiser worked with ease as I biked around Kailua Town through rocky paths and well-paved streets. The lock secured my bike well on the bike racks around town, and there were no issues throughout. After the four hours were up, I returned the bike, and it was a no-hassle process. Needless to say, I had a great experience and will be doing this again! So try it out and bike on!

Great service and awesome choices for triathlon bicycles…read more We made an appointment with Ben, the owner, to get a fitting for our first triathlon bike. Ben scheduled us to come the next day, on the memorial Sunday, where he closed the shop and gave us VIP service to fit the bike for us. The fitting process was very precise. Ben has a machine that is connected to the computer, where you sit on, and he can adjust the seat, the bike bars, and fit you to your body's dimension and comfort. This process took an hour, and during which, Ben was very patient and diligent in helping us to get the exact right fit and be comfortable. Fit us to the best position possible for racing. After that, Ben suggested the best bike that fits our budget, and adjusted the bike while we went to lunch. An hour later, we came back to the shop, and Ben has adjusted the bike to our exact measurements. The bike looked super nice, high tech, and we got great VIP service. It was definitely worth every penny to come here and purchase our bikes. Ben is a triathlon professional, and his service is impeccable. He know what we need and gave great suggestions. We enjoyed the process of picking out a bike from his store, and look forward to training with him as well. Highly recommend!

Our instructors and divemasters were fantastic. Francesca and Brian are an incredible team. They made everybody feel comfortable with every level of diving that they were at. Both were incredibly knowledgeable, easygoing, and were even able to put up with our family dynamics, as they are. We were all laughing for a good part of the day. Once the dive started, they both were 100% professional, easygoing, and incredibly knowledgeable, helping all of us make memories that will last a lifetime. Even our boat skipper was fantastic. Quick ride out. Incredibly knowledgeable, not only about the diving, but told us about local places we could go, things that we need to make sure that we see. Was incredibly helpful getting in and out of the water. Skipper gets five stars as well. Folks, I can't recommend this place enough.
