Stopped by here for Friday night dinner and had a really good experience. The place started getting pretty busy as the evening went on, which is always a good sign. I ordered a mix of appetizers to start: vada pav, bhel puri, papri and aloo tikki chaat. Everything was genuinely good, but what stood out to me was how each chaat had its own distinct flavor. Usually chaat dishes can start tasting similar, but here they made sure each one had its own identity, which I really appreciated. For the main course, I tried the butter paneer with naan, and it was delicious. The curry wasn't overpowering at all, it had just the right balance of spices, flavor, and aroma. Everything came together really well, and the naan tasted fresh, which made it even better. Also tried the Hakka noodles, which were probably my least favorite. They weren't bad at all just a little plain and not very spicy. But to be fair, I'm not the biggest noodle person, so that might just be my bias. The chole bhature was another highlight. The chole itself was good, but the bhature was huge, fresh, and honestly so satisfying. Definitely one of my favorite things I ordered. For dessert, tried a few options like kulfi and falooda, and they had a solid variety to choose from. It was a nice way to end the meal. Went in for Sunday evening snack and we had a feast! We enjoyed Pani Puri, Batata Wada and chole Bhature. Everything was made well ! We will be back soon to enjoy other dishes! Service was ok and ambience was quiet. read more

The service was good. Everything appeared clean. The food was decent. The chaat platter was not impressive. Dahi vada had absolutely no flavor just like Amritsari soy chaap. The vada pau was definitely worth the hype. read more

We were missing chaat for some time so thought of trying this place... they have been in Frisco location for past 5 months... Decor is done beautifully mixing of old & new lots of childhood memories seeing their first Colaba (Bombay) location pics... We were seated immediately & Niki was serving us we ordered- Pani puri - I was surprised to see they gave 1 dry puri ( Sukha puri) along with other puris ... which I relished ... my favorite part of having Pani puri back in Bombay from the street stalls along with friends... remembered my bestie from college days... Vada Pav - they served with fried green chilly & garlic dry chutney... being from Bombay this is our soul food .. the flavors were very well balanced nice spice kick from the chilly . Pav was good too can't beat our Bombay Pav (nothing comes close to that taste) but still well tried... we paired with Thums Up it goes perfectly... this is how we use to have it back in 80's & 90's luckily they had it ... Sev Puri - again nice balance of flavors Pav Bhaji- very well balanced & nice touch of butter along with diced onions. Overall very nice experience , great service by Niki & delicious chaat . We will come back to try their other dishes soon. Plenty of parking spaces around the neighborhood. Thanks to the chefs & owners we were back in Bombay all the familiar tastes of childhood... I love the Indian motifs and the way the walls are decorated. Fun, vibrant twist for decor. Servers are super friendly and service for food itself is so fast. For the four of us, we got aloo tikki chaat, samosa chaat, chole bhature, soya chaap and vada pav. Clearly in a snacky mood. Everything was packed with flavors and on par with food I've had in India. Chaats itself could use more of their chutneys in my opinion and the Chana needed more of a punch too. I loved the softness of the vada pav and didn't find it dry which is usually my issue with this dish at other places. This is definitely going to be my new go to for vegetarian food in Frisco. read more

Owner misbehavior at my table. Wanted to place order for few more items but after this experience not going back

Arrived on a Saturday evening with my family. Parking lot has plenty of spaces. We were able to be added to a waitlist upon arrival. We did not have to wait long and were seated shortly after. Interior was decorated very nicely. We ordered several items to try "family style". We got the Aloo Tiki Chaat, Aamchi Mumbai Sandwich, Amritsari Soya Chaap, and the Pav Bhaji. All medium spice level. While everything was ordered medium spice level, all the dishes were still pretty spicy. The aloo tiki chaat was great, and full of flavor. The Aamchi Mumbai Sandwich was very filling and came with a side of chips. The Soya Chaap was okay. This was not one of my favorites due to the texture and weird after taste. And finally the Pav Bhaji was okay as well. It was not anything special. But worth the try. We hope to return once Sindhi dishes have been added to the menu. read more

I went there on July 20th with my wife and the experience was horrible. I started off with Creamy Tomato soup which was like tomato pure/water with croutons that were stale/chewy. Next was Bombay Wadapav which was ok but nowhere near what they are charging. The quantity of the garlic chutney and chilly along with the green chutney are so less that they might as well not give that. Third thing was the bhel puri and that was all looks no taste. Calling it bland would be an insult to the word bland. And finally Papdi chaat which was the same as the bhel puri. GO ANYWHERE LITERALLY ANYWHERE ELSE. Don't waste your money here. read more

Well the food clearly lacked flavor. We watered a lot of food and everything was watery. - The mongo lassi was sour - jal jeera had too much masala - papdi chaat had no aalo and only watery dahi - paav bhaaji was watery and uncooked - chhole were uncooked and watery. Bathura was just a large poori To top it service was mid. They didn't even provide serving spoons with dishes, which made us ask for spoons and servers looked at us in dismay. And when we asked to replace the plates the server just came and kept it on the table. And to their audacity they charged as 15% gratuity for such terrible service. We also spoke to the manager about food quality and he said let me talk to the chef I mean he wasn't even apologetic. 2 families (4 adults+2 kids) spent $180 here for brunch. Definitely expensive. Kailash parbat joins the list of brave Indian , Srilankan and Middle eastern restaurants in Dallas that are fighting the desertification of Indian food by a singular style of cheap , oily and inconsistently spicy food earning it the title of city with worst Indian food in US. First off , love the ambience , menu is honest to the original. ordered the Chole Bhature 9/10 , the sweet and salty lime soda paired perfectly and on a whim I ordered palak kichdi , it's a completely made up dish that mixes palak paneer gravy with basmati rice and ghee on top..BUT it works its the best comfort food I have had in a looong time. The food was absolutely incredible -- authentic, bold flavors that took me straight back to the streets of Mumbai.

The decor and all was okay. But the food wasn't great. Took over an hour to even get drinks out. And food wasn't great delayed even further. I visited Kailash Parbat today and ordered Ragda Patties, Chole Bhature, and Vada Pav. We were seated in a timely manner, and the service was fast, which I appreciated. However, the Ragda Patties came with the chole( not Ragda) on the side--not the authentic Mumbai-style I was expecting. The Vada Pav and Chole Bhature were just okay--nothing memorable. Overall, while the service was efficient, the food was underwhelming, and for the price, it didn't feel worth it. read more
