There are so many reasons to be disappointed with my sofa reupholstery: long waits for response re:…read morepickup & delivery dates; lengthy wait of one month to recover an apt.-size sofa bed. Skirt was too long thus wood blocks were nailed into legs; seat cushions were not same size and had to be cut to matching size; bed frame was reattached backwards so could not open properly & had to be reinstalled. Now, 2 years later, I have to pay $1,300 to replace squishy low density foam in seat cushion causing back problems, have the edges of the cushion increased an inch in height as it was in the original Carlyle model and I must pay for one hour's labor to fix the mattress frame that was bent when reattaching the frame to the sofa. Just a warning for anyone considering a job with ReUpholsteryNYC: I cannot recommend.
