Everything is earthy and the furniture they chose it beautiful. The lighting is moody and nice as well with a lot of great seating options in the front and the back. Their honey matcha latte is seriously amazing, one of the best matchas I've had and it's so cheap. Best customer service ever too. I feel really bad, but I accidentally knocked over their table with my whole matcha spilling on their rug. The staff worker was very understanding and made me a new matcha while cleaning up the spill with no complaints. Coming from an immigrant family, with english being a second language at home, it was quite upsetting and borderline discriminatory. I am sharing this feedback because I would hate for another customer to feel dismissed or uncomfortable for simply asking for clarification and receiving such a negative response.
