Wow! Great food. I happened to stop in on a whim while visiting the spa next door. I wish they would open a location closer to town. The food was so good I ordered a second entry to tale home. I started with a koobideh sampler, both the spicy chicken and the beef were perfectly seasoned and absolutely perfect with the chutney sauce. I had the dill rice as a side, it was delicious. The second order was lamb cops, cooked to perfection. I love that almost everything is gluten free. The restaurant was very clean and slightly busy at the time of my visit. Tried this place for the first time on a Sunday evening, and the place was jammed packed. The line moved quickly, and you get to see the grilling happening in the small kitchen behind the register as you wait to order. I had the #18 kebedeh sampler which had a beef and spicy chicken skewers, along with rice and salad. We walked in at 9:30pm on a Friday night. They we're semi busy but the line was moving. We ordered $70 worth of food for the my entire family and sat down bcuz we had 4 small children with us. The employees without asking us give all our food in to-go bags even after we had requested dine-in. The food was not good at. The beef kebab was burned and tasteless. When we asked the employee to make another, he refused and said he was cloaked. This place is ran by young kids. They don't have any managerial still or service. I was surprised just how bland the rice was considering it was so loaded with dill it had a green tint. Got in a little after opening on Sunday. It has kind of a food court vibe. I don't mean that negatively. You queue up to order and after ordering you get a number. They have a wide ranging menu. Not just Kabobs and Kabob related dishes. You also get some chicken tikka, gyros and salmon along with Jamaican jerk chicken. The Styrofoam cups we were given were some of the smallest I have ever had to use in a restaurant. There are free refills but I guess the small cup size is to discourage people who guzzle and refill and refill before getting a refill for the road. So I can sympathize with the business. All in all the food was good as was the service. Again...about on the level that you would find at a food court in one of the nicer malls. read more

I've been here for lunch a few times and my experience has been solid each time. I've had the chicken tikka, jerk chicken, gyro, grilled salmon, and the beef and chicken kabob plate. I'll give a brief description of each in order from favorite to least favorite. My favorite dish was the jerk chicken. Lots of strong flavors with a good spicy kick. No idea how "authentic" it is, but it was delicious. The grilled salmon totally caught me off guard. I don't normally like salmon cooked, because most of my experiences with it have been dry, but this place is doing it right. I had mine cooked to medium and the fish was juicy with the skin crispy. Awesome. The chicken tikka would be my next favorite. Again, I can't comment on its authenticity flavor-wise, but it was solid by my standards. It would be higher up, but one of the two times I ordered this, the chicken was a little overcooked and pretty dry. It wasn't anything their awesome green sauce couldn't fix (see pictures), but I paid for the chicken. Finally, the gyro wrap and the beef and chicken kabob plate were, "meh." Maybe it's just not my style, but I just wasn't a fan of the flavor of the two kabobs. As for gyros, I've had better elsewhere. The meat was similar to the kabobs. So to sum things up, I'd come back here for a few reasons: (1) jerk chicken, (2) salmon, (3) green sauce, and (4) pretty cheap. One bad thing is, it can take a while to for your food to come out, even when there aren't a lot of people. So if you're tight on time, just be aware of that. Maybe you could call ahead. Very good staple lunch place. I'm sure it would be fine for dinner too. I like the various options of meat, beef, chicken, lamb, salmon, wings. Basic plate is to choose a grilled meat and seasoning. Then one of two different rice options and a salad. It's about $10 per person. It comes out relatively quick. It's big portion portions. Try with the red or green sauce. It's pretty spicy but a good flavor. There's always been a place to sit and being out in the patio, during good weather is nice. Service is ok, they can't do much but take your order. You pick up your food when it's ready and throw away your trash when you're done. For the lunch crowd, there's only been one time I took more than an hour total, when they were really busy. read more

We had heard such great things about this place but only to be disappointed.. Not just once but twice. First time around we got the food after waiting for over 25 minutes. And whatever I ordered looked like two pieces of old chicken wrapped in a pratha with onions even though I requested no onions. They then took my food away to redo it and that was another 15 minutes. Btw the lady at the cash register needs to wear a hair net since she handles food as well!! Tonight we were picking to go and it took them 45 mins to prepare two wraps! This place surprised me by the juicy kabobs they serve. I ordered the koubideh platter with white rice. The koubideh was nice and tender and you can see see and taste the juices. The rice was soft and not hard, nor stale. They have many condiments and the must have is the white sauce. I like how kabobish is more of a modern dine-in/take out restaurant. This food is awesome. I've tried a few of their dishes and they are ALL very good, but for the price and the taste my favorite is their gyro wrap. I stop by at least once a week. Also, the kitchen is very transparent; you can literally see into the kitchen. Overall the place is clean, cool, different, and tasty. Only thing that I would change is the music. I think they should play something that is better paired with their food. Anyways, I def recommend to everyone. Stop being lame and try something different :) read more
