You have to walk into what looks like an apartment complex and she's the first door on the right. It was tight quarters. She already had a customer in there so the customer was in the way of me opening the door a bit. I walked in and she looked me up and down. I said, I found you on Yelp and I was hoping you could help me hem my clothes. Her customer (who turned to look at me) looked me up and down as well and said something in another language to the owner and that's when the owner said, "I no need, I no need". She looked annoyed and irritated like I was a bother to her. Maybe she thought I was selling something or she is selective with her customers. Unfortunately, she didn't want to hem my clothes and must've not needed the work to tell me she didn't want to do the work ? I was disappointed and left because I felt judged. Just stating the facts. I ended up going to Prime Cleaners on Magnolia/Coldwater Canyon who were wonderful!

I spent 3 times as much as I should have to keep bringing her extra fabric so she could fix her mistakes. (I live in Torrance and her shop is in studio city, I had to take Ubers each time) 5.
