Where do i start? This auto body shop is 10/10 HANDS DOWN! I had a rear diffuser added onto my infiniti q60 and Eric was very helpful and knowledgeable about the add on. He helped me get a heat gun mark that was on my right brake light and he's simply a genuine nice dude. I would recommend to anyone who cares about their cars, i went to other body shops and came back to unnecessary scratch marks/ burns (from the heat gun). But this shop is very careful and the crew seem to want to help as it should be. Eric also gave me tips and recommendations on adding stuff to the vehicle so he's def the guy to take advice from. I met the owner, Eric about 2 years ago when I needed repainting/repair of a dent after I had a minor accident. After doing my research and gathered quotes from other shops, I picked K2 not only of the reasonable price but more importantly, I was confident that I was in good hands. There was no delay when he said it can be done in X amount of days and during this process, he was accessible and quick to respond to my texts. On the day I picked up the car, it was good as new. Hands down the best auto body in the area. Came here for an estimate. Eric was very transparent about the entire process and was extremely patient with me, even when I had a ton of questions. After dropping my car off for repair, he walked me through the whole process of what needed to be fixed with the whole timeline. Caught him in lies, also told us he'd send photos and reply but he never did. after the job was complete, he did not honor the work that he did by denying mistakes and damages he made during the repair. he made "promises" to make you feel comfortable but when it comes to honoring those promises, he did not. again, don't let the smile and promises fool you, after the money is paid, job is done they treat you like a stranger and ignore you like your typical sketchy car shop--the stereotype surrounding shady car repair shops is true. don't know what all the positive reviews are from. must be his buddies. lastly, the owner is racist & rude, so is the staff. he basically scams insurance w/ the appraiser of their choice. will not be returning after feeling like our intelligence was insulted. read more

After my car was rear-ended, I went to K2 after seeing all the great reviews. My initial impression was that this is the best body shop I've ever done business with. Eric was very professional, and he told how he could save me money by filing a claim through the other driver's insurance. After our meeting, I didn't hear back for several days, and I called Eric for an update. He said that he was waiting for a response from the insurer, and he'd call them again to expedite. Eric and K2 did a great job in repairing my vandalized BMW, which suffered deep dents and scratches to the hoods and side panels. The finished work made the car look brand new again. Also the total cost was exactly what Eric estimated up front, which is also great. If you unfortunately have to have your car's body repaired, then trust Eric to make it looking brand new again. I had a rather large dent in the corner of my bumper cover of my late model car and called Eric at K2 Auto Body to make an appointment for an estimate. He was both courteous and professional. I was told to come in at my convenience, so went their yesterday afternoon. After examining the damage he gave me a very reasonable estimate, I brought in the car the next day (today), as it was a relatively simple repair. He and his staff did an excellent repair job and the car was ready before the time he originally told me to come pick the car up! After having my GMC Yukon XL repaired at K2 I can readily understand why they get so many 5-star ratings. Eric took care of the entire process. The damage was caused when I was rear-ended by another driver during the early January snow storm. Rather than going through insurance the other driver accepted responsibility and agreed to pay for the cost of repairs. Eric coordinated the entire process. On the appointed day I dropped by car off and a few hours later got a call that it was ready. It was done so quickly because Eric had any parts requiring painting done in advance so all that had to be done was remove the damaged parts and install the new ones. There was no body damage done. So I noticed there was some damage to the front bumper of my car one day out of nowhere. A friend had recommended K2 after her great experience there. So I called and spoke to Eric. He's an extremely nice dude and was able to squeeze me in during a heavy schedule. Needless to say, he looked at my car and was able to repair within a tight 48 hours. My car has never looked better! I hit a brick pole and the left side of my Lexus had 2 front panels damaged as well as the side mirror.
