I was hired by Don Cord (Owner of ESS) as a subcontractor to provide security system services for E.S.S. I did 3 jobs for Don Cord and he was pleased enough to compliment my work. But he never paid me. The $1,065 he ripped me off for was not enough to pursue Don for but that does not make it right.
