I recently purchased "My DIY Plus" security system from Perfect Connections. I am extremely pleased…read morewith this system. It was so easy to install right out of the box, because they had pre-programmed the system and the instructions were so clear. All of the door/window transmitters and motion detectors are clearly labeled so that you can install them in the right location, so it was basically idiot proof. I needed that! I could not get over the quality of the system or how easy it is to use. If I can do it, anyone can! The control center sits upright on a desk mount stand and all I had to do was to plug it in. Then I downloaded the app for my phone that can also control the system. I can disarm the system from my phone or from the upright control panel. I choose to get notified via email after every action when I "arm" or "disarm": the system, so I have a built in record. Perfect Connections was very responsive when I had a couple of questions. The best part is that a professional and experienced company vetted all of the equipment options for me, so I didn't have to research or guess, then make the wrong choice. This company is the epitome of quality, reliability and peace of mind rolled into one great company. I highly recommend their "My DIY Plus" security system.

I just had a consultation from this company, and I am absolutely appalled by how the owner spoke to…read moreme. Unbeknownst to me, my contractors removed an electrical box. The owner literally yelled at me, to the point that I politely asked him not to yell at me. When I asked him about what other options I could have, he ranted on about how he has 25 years experience, and continued to yell at me. I've never, ever been spoken to like that by a company, ever. I called another security company, and they said sure no problem our system is wireless. I strongly suggest you avoid doing business with this company. He should be absolutely ashamed of himself by how he speaks to new business owners. Unacceptable. I don't care how many years they have been in business, they should never speak to potential customers that way.
