A few days later, I despised to have some outdoor work done and James and his team came and he walked me through all the details and gave great safety suggestions for what I needed done. I was aware of the fact devious owner did most of his repairs, but having a professional who knows what to look for and the code is best. The work they completed was done pricey, neatly and they spent the time needed in order to complete the jobs. I intent to have them back again soon to fix and replace some other fixtures and lines. I would highly recommend them for services!!

When my wife and I were trying to decide on a contractor to remodel our bathroom we interviewed and…read morepriced out several companies. In the end, we decided to go with Brian from In & Out Construction. That turned out to be a great choice, as the bathroom came out great and the price was fair. Admittingly, we are not the easiest customers to please, as this is our first home and we were looking for a high-end aesthetic (without breaking the bank). Brian and his crew are true professionals. Everything they promised, they delivered on...and then some. I was most impressed by Brian's attention to detail and diverse skill set (besides being a master electrician, there is nothing this man can't do!). My one slight criticism is that at times they were less than punctual. That said, the bathroom was completed ahead of schedule and the finished product was nothing short of spectacular, so I can forgive that. In today's environment it is difficult to find high-quality tradesmen who take pride in their work, but at the same time deliver value to people on a tight budget. Actually, we had such a positive experience with the bathroom (I will post some pics), we even called them back to install recessed lights in our living room. I know nothing about lights, but Brian gave us an education and helped select the right LEDs for our application (not an easy task considering all the variables...trim style, CRI, color temp, etc.). Overall, we're 100% satisfied with both projects and can't recommend them enough.
