They came by to deal with a faulty intercom in an ancient and unkept Bed-Stuy building, where everything was horribly mis-wired for days. I had to arrange their inspection myself, because the landlord wouldn't bother. It took them 4-5 repeat visits over a few months to get everything sorted, dealing with schedules with people's availability in the building and the general lack of landlord's availability...throughout the whole thing, they never lost their cool, never got unprofessional, and never gave up on the building and ghosted.
