Once we signed a contract and locked in the start date - the workers showed up on schedule. They proceeded to treat the house - repairs where needed, applying new stucco to respective areas and figuring out a paint match. The workers came back after a few days, timing the painting with good weather. The execution completed over 3 weeks start to finish. Overall the estimate and bid process, scheduling , communication during production, the workers themselves and the quality of the job itself all went perfectly. We would have no reservations about contracting them again or recommending them to anyone looking to deal with beautiful stucco cladding.

My order was more than double the necessary materials needed. The sales representative over inflated the price and materials! What I ended up with is (4) 5 gallon buckets of material weighting 53 lbs.,each placed in my backyard, When I asked the workers why they didn't use the material They said that it remaining after the painting and stucco work was completed. I couldn't believe so much was unnecessarily order although not needed. They just left the buckets there until I asked for their help to store it in my basement! His nephew, Dino, is the main on-site foreman of a professional crew. The project started as relatively small, but once the old deck was opened up, there was a difficult decision where I finally agreed to replace the entire deck, which increase the cost substantially. Eventually, repairing the front porch was included. I think it would have helped before the project began to have been provided cost estimates of different realistic scenarios for various levels of complexity of the project. There would be less of a price shock after the project began. Regarding the work that was performed, I would say that they did a very good job. Dino was very punctual and made a special effort to complete each phase of the project no matter how long it took. The crew at All Complete Construction are very professional and worked very hard. They showed adaptability when faced with various operational challenges. Overall, I am pleased with the finished work, which looks nice.

I asked the company to come over for an estimate. The first time they didn't show up because of the…read moresnow storm. I was delayed. That was on me. The second day they came on time. I met up with the representative of the company and he was well mannered and handed me his business card right away. I told him the situation that happened with my wood stove. They had lost power and the motor started making a weird sound after the power came back on. He heard the sound and then he stated that he never heard that before. Not even for 1 minute. He called his boss and his boss says I need a new stove. Not to bother to check anything. Just that I need to buy a new stove and they go for around $3,000. I told the guy I will get a second estimate. The second estimate a guy named buddy showed up and he looked at my stove took out two screws fix the motor and then says the job is all done that I don't need to pay anything. It was a very simple fix. I gave Buddy $100 tip as a thank you anyway because he did not scam me for anything. I will now use this guy as my personal repairman for all my heating needs. All I want to know is if this guy who owns this business wants to stay in business why would he do something like that other than just scam to make money on stuff he owns the sell. If he was just honest I would be grateful and he would have my business. But I feel that not even looking for the problem in the first place made me feel it was a scam. I don't recommend these people. It's sad but what can you do. Just read this review as you see fit. I just gone call 5 minutes ago from the owner. He is crying because of this one star review. He now threatened to call the police. And the fire department. All because I gave my bad review. He should have just apologized said we made a mistake and that would have been it. But to threaten people? That is disgusting behavior. It's a crying shame that somebody can act like this. This would never to an older company. They know how to keep a business.
