They all went above and beyond and treated the project as though it were for their own homes. My wife was particularly impressed with Alan and his partner's attention to detail in the final product, truly living up to the name "Precise". Once work started they were in the house for roughly 2-3 weeks and everyone was very polite and respectful of the house while they were here. We especially appreciated how collaborative the entire process was from start to finish. There was never any friction when we threw new ideas at them even once work had started, and they were always willing to give advice and input of their own. The final product speaks for itself, and we could not be happier with how it turned out. The price was very reasonable and we never felt like we had to haggle or get into any money discrepancies. We cannot recommend Precise Home Renovations enough, I strongly encourage anyone who needs home renovations to use them!

After buying our home in South Philly, we brought in Jerry and his team to renovate our kitchen,…read morereframe our master bedroom and add on a master bathroom. Jerry was helpful from our first meeting and continued to exceed our expectations throughout the entire two month project. We received 6 bids, and while Jerry's was on par with a few others we trusted, we immediately were drawn to his approach to the job. Anytime you hear about a renovation project you usually hear two things: It never finishes on time and it goes over budget. Neither was the case with Jerry, our project finished on time and other than a few extras we requested, right on target for the budget. This was all made possible through Jerry's open and honest communication, and transparency throughout the entire project. At the end of the day we finished with our dream kitchen and master bathroom in our new home.I would highly recommend Jerry for any of your home renovation projects!

Outside, Gil's teams put on a new roof, removed and reinstalled a skylight window to address leakage, and repaired two places where the roof was leaking.
