Cozy commodious ~ modest modern decor with a newness & clean comfort. The soft gold metal dinnerware that gave the ambience an added touch. Corean craft ~ hard to find biere from the motherland not usually found in other Korean restaurants. Both are tasty pairings with everything. #5. Kimchi stir-fried pork with sautéed kimchi & fresh tofu was yummy ~ spiced just right, subtle amount of pork to give the kimchee delish flavor. #24 DOENJANC JICAE ~ light, not overly fermented or salted, came out piping hot perfect. #14 Marinated Beef Rib ~ tender cut pre lengthened with bone on end. Faint marinaded quality meat. Tasty. Banchan ~ fresh assortment and more than happy to refill any favorites. New grilling tables had excellent smoke removal technology without the loud vacuuming noise. Touch tap easy to adjust the temperature to your liking. Too full for dessert from the scrumptious dinner, the complimentary Gilbert chew was just right. We appreciated the monsieur asking if we are enjoying ourselves throughout the dinner & acknowledged us leaving with a spirited thank you and to please come back again. Nothing but pleased satisfaction from Misa! Highly recommend.

Not the friendliest hostess or server, but efficient. I was curious what Korean food (which is known to stay pretty consistent regardless of which country you are in) would taste like in France, and didn't want to just do KBBQ. The table we sat at, did have a gas bbq pit. They immediately offered a carafe of water, which we could serve ourselves. We started off with Crepe au kimchi (€12) , and it was very, very good. The kimchi was sufficiently sour to give the pancake a nice kick, and just enough hot oil had been used to make the pancake crispy but not too oily. It had been cut into the right sized squares, perfect to pick up with chopsticks. It was a great start. We ordered bibimbap with raw beef (€16) , beef BBQ (bulgogi for €19,5), and kimchi pork soup with tofu (€14). The kimchi pork soup used the same really ripe kimchi. It had generous portion, the broth had permeated the tofu nicely, and there was the right amount of fatty pork. With a bowl of white rice (€2), it was a good meal for me and I was satisfied. My wife's bulgogi came with white rice and 6 banchans. It was very tender and well marinated. She grilled it herself...the ventilation was good...we didn't smell smokey afterwards. My daughter was less impressed with the bibimbap..it had quality ingredients (and the raw beef could be cooked in the very hot stone bowl)....but the hot sauce didn't taste right. It wasn't salty enough (per her). The 6 banchans were hit/miss. I really liked the kimchi and the cole slaw. The marinated wood ear mushrooms were unusual for a banchan, but I enjoyed it. The sweet potatoes had a funny after-taste, more tasteless than sweet. The bean sprouts and green beans added a nice crunch to my meal. After everything, the total came out to €63,50. Pretty good food, decent price. Worth going to.
