This was our favorite restaurant in the Montmartre area by far on our December 2021 trip. I'm usually skeptical of Asian fusion menus but Signature managed to hit it out of the ballpark on all their courses. Our favorite dish was the pork belly, which was perfectly executed, so much so that we ended ordering an extra because we could not have enough! Highly recommend and loved everything we ordered .

Had an absolutely delightful dinner. Was in Korean in April, loving the meals from chefs who had spent time in France and the come home, so very fun to try the intersection in France. The food was a delight. The desserts in particular were so tasty! And wine pairing s couldn't have been better, with unique wines from small producers. And the kindness of the service stood out

One of the best meals we had in Paris...we were late for our reservation, but the waiter and host (who is co-owner with his Korean wife) was gregarious and welcoming. I can tell you as an American with terrible French, I haven't felt more welcome in any of the restaurants I have been in France than here. Plus the food was delicate, fresh, and outstanding. Hailing from Southern California, we know Korean flavors. The chef here so beautifully meshes them with French food. I cannot recommend this place more highly.

A small cozy restaurant that is "Michelin" recognized. I don't believe this restaurant has any stars which I think can be misleading. Food was good. Had a slight Asian flair, but I wouldn't call it spicy or overwhelming with Asian spice. I particularly found their foie gras palatable as it was my first time trying it when I arrived to France. It was accompanied with a citrus jam, sea salt, and pepper.

It was really good restaurant and I enjoyed each stage of dinner. Meals and desserts are so brilliant and very well balanced. Some Korean elements are well blended with French food. For sure I can say these meals are not Korean(I'm Korean), but it has Korean taste as well. Don't know how to describe. Wonderful restaurant!

When asked, our…read morelovely, waitperson, Evian suggested we order the Crispy Shichimi, which is a spinach-filled roll with shichimi pepper, sesame sauce, black sesame and pickled red onion artfully strewn atop. When I asked why, she said, "They're crunchy." My eyes lit up. As a vegan I crave crunchy food because so much plant-based food is soft. Evian was right! This roll had texture. It was beautifully presented in eight pieces. Upon the first yummy bite it was apparent this was cooking at another level. The fry was perfectly light and clean. Each bite substantial. The taste memorable. I have never had a sushi roll like it and now I want to live inside the restaurant so I can have it forever. We also got five pieces of the yummy Seitan Crispy, which comes with a lovely Doenjang sauce, that is thick and flavorful. These unique, protein boosts are also cleanly fried, delectable and filling. Lastly, my husband got the small BBQ Donburi which was a bowl of rice, a flavorful bbq soy protein, and some mesclum. He loved it. We sat outside on the lovely side street and chatted with Evian who made our dinner a memorable experience. I highly recommend this restaurant and wish I could bring it back to America. Even better, open up a branch in San Francisco!

Now - to the real reason you're reading this - the baos and burgers! We ordered though Bao Aki (which had truffle and brie) and their winter special, Rusty Raclette (hashbrown instead of a bun/bao, beef, caramelized onions, and arugula). The integrity of both bao and hashbrown patty held up nicely! - The hashbrown "bun" was crispy, just like a McDonald's hashbrown in California (Never had McDonald's in Paris so I can't compare) - You can eat the Rusty Raclette with a fork and knife and all the ingredients will definitely stay together. - The bottom side of the bao in Bao Aki never got mushy from the sauce. Would definitely come back and try other burgers if I'm ever in Paris again. My only complaint is the chopped up cilantro in the burger patty of the Rusty Raclette #teamnocilantro
