Very delicious overall, although for the price I was feeling hungry after dinner as the portion sizes were a bit small. One of the best meals I had in Paris, the Rhubarb dessert was quite impressive. I would say the food is simple, but the flavors work well together very well. I did not pick up on too much Asian influence, and it felt catered towards a European palate. The main entree Fish with sauce was by far the most impressive dish. It's definitely cramped inside, but most Paris restaurants are. This was one of the most incredible food experiences of my life. These guys are doing gods work. Firstly I gotta say the host is absolutely incredible. And the food even better. So it's a tasting menu. Recommend the full course (8 dishes) if you're quite hungry. If not they have a half course too (4 dishes) that's also a good bit of food. Everything just tasted so amazing. The beef entree I had was 35 day aged beef from the French mountains. It was I think the best I've ever had. The second best being some A5 wagyu beef I had in Japan. I had to literally slow down and chew very slowly so that I could savor the taste. I had several moments like these. My wife had the fish, which was also absolutely beautiful incredible. The appetizer and amuse bouche were very tasty too. The chef did some stuff with watermelon in an appetizer that I didn't think was possible. There was also this chicken appetizer with some pine nut sauce and as a South Asian I was so shocked at how much flavor this chef was able to pack into the chicken without any spices. One of the apps was also a salmon thing with very innovative application of fried seaweed and radish. Everything this chef did was mind blowing. The desert was also fantastic and used very innovative Korean and South American ingredients. Food aside, i gotta shout out the host. This dude was hands down, the best host, I've ever had at any restaurant. What an incredible knowledgeable guy. But also so polite and such a delight to talk to. I wish this dude worked at every single restaurant i will eat at for the rest of my life. He comes and explains each dish in detail and how to best enjoy it. We also left something and he made an international call i assume (from french to us phone number) to let us know. And gave us great recs for other places to eat in Paris. I am still living in the high of the experience I had the pleasure of experiencing. Eating here this was the best part of our trip. 10/10 for sure coming here again next time we visit Paris. read more

I'm usually skeptical of Asian fusion menus but Signature managed to hit it out of the ballpark on all their courses. One of the best meals we had in Paris...we were late for our reservation, but the waiter and host (who is co-owner with his Korean wife) was gregarious and welcoming. I can tell you as an American with terrible French, I haven't felt more welcome in any of the restaurants I have been in France than here. Plus the food was delicate, fresh, and outstanding. Hailing from Southern California, we know Korean flavors. The chef here so beautifully meshes them with French food. I cannot recommend this place more highly. read more

Fun fact: the chef who works here used to work at a Michelin Star restaurant before he moved to Paris! I could definitely tell, since this is one of the few places I've eaten at where the food tastes better when you take smaller bites. Each dish was beautifully presented and the server was very patient with explaining what everything was. I believed the menu changes often but I enjoyed their Bulgogi Gyoza--I usually don't prefer Asian Fusion but this tasted amazing. If you can, go check it out! read more

One of the best and most memorable meals I have ever had was at Signature Montmartre! After we found this restaurant online, we really wanted to try it, but they were out of reservations. I messaged them on Facebook asking if we could be notified if a reservation got canceled, and they graciously made a reservation for us! I have tried fusion restaurants/dishes in America, but found many to be lacking. Signature Montmartre has really perfected their approach to Korean French fusion in a thoughtful and inventive way. Every element of each course was delicious and meticulously put together to create a beautiful and exceptional dish. Trying traditional French cuisine in the days prior also helped me appreciate Signature Montmartre's great blend and balance of Korean & French fusion. A small cozy restaurant that is "Michelin" recognized. I don't believe this restaurant has any stars which I think can be misleading. Food was good. Had a slight Asian flair, but I wouldn't call it spicy or overwhelming with Asian spice. I particularly found their foie gras palatable as it was my first time trying it when I arrived to France. Best meal in Paris hands down... Michelin star rated food for incredibly reasonable prices. This restaurant doesn't have a ton of yelp reviews but look at all the other online review sites and you will see this relatively small restaurant is well vetted. Also we were the only tourists in the entire restaurant, so the lack of reviews on yelp may be because Parisians tend to use other review sites? When we first arrived, we received a warm welcome from our waiter Victor and he continued to provide amazing service throughout the meal ensuring all dishes were well explained, and our needs met. Presentation was beautiful and the chefs prior experience with fine dining at a prior Michelin starred restaurant clearly shows. And the food itself. Absolutely wonderful. The Korean and French flavors both came through and complemented each other perfectly. Ultimately a wonderful casual and intimate dining experience with amazing food and service. This was one of my favorite dining experiences in Paris. Excellent service--our waiter checked in on us often but not an annoying amount, and he took the time to explain the dishes/ingredients and answer any questions we had. The restaurant space is small, so everyone inside was tended to properly and welcomed warmly. Asian fusion tends to be a hit or miss, but I really appreciated that this place did it justice. I also learned that one of the chefs here, Sukwon, used to cook for Michelin rated restaurants! I especially loved how the desserts creatively incorporated Korean ingredients. We had a grilled peach with makkoli foam (korean rice wine) and candied nuts. The menu also had a dessert that incorporated misugaru (a korean grain powder that I used to mix up into drinks almost daily as a child) that I was super curious about. I wish I had ordered it since they change the menu often. Hopefully the next time I'm in Paris, it will make an appearance on the menu again. read more

After a week of dining in Paris , my son took us here for dinner. It turned out to be the best meal we had all week. Like many restaurants in Montmartre it is small. But it is very special. The menu is limited with two choices for each of three courses, but changes every two to six weeks. Each course is beautifully presented. Seasoning is perfect. French-Korean fusion is rare, but here is very well worth trying. The owner carefully explained each dish in the appropriate language for each guest. One thing I seek out when I eat is great food and I dine out three to four nights a week. I would give 10-stars to Signature Montmartre if I could. My daughter found this restaurant on Yelp before the arrival of my wife, daughter and myself in Paris and I'm glad she did. We knew nothing about Signature Montmartre previously. One thing I can say with all my heart (and tastebuds) is that I'm am so glad that this was the last dinner that I had in Paris so that I can truly say that this was the best meal that we had for the 6-days that we were here (and we went to nice, fancy restaurants every night). This was a true test that Signature Montmartre passed with a grade of A++++. Their specific style of fusion of French style sauces/spices and Asian sauces/spices created tastes that I've never experienced before. I asked for a spoon to finish off the Iced Korean Dashi (made of Anchovy and Seaweed Broth) that my Tuna Tataki was bathing in and I got the spoon! I would've drank that most delicious cold broth straight from the dish if nobody else was around. The three partners are destined for a Michelin Star in my opinion. The husband is the host, waiter, wine sommelier and busboy. The wife is the pastry chef (must save room for her desserts) and the Chef has to be from a Michelin Star restaurant. I suggest making a reservation in advance since they get fully booked quickly (I watched them regretfully turn away at least five different groups that walked in last minute hoping for a table), or take a chance that someone had a last minute cancellation, but if you do the latter, then as an actor said in the movie Taken, "Good Luck...". read more

Food was creative (I was told the menu changes weekly) and excellent. They clearly take great pride in their food and described the ingredients in each dish as it came out. They were able to adjust to our dietary restrictions and this ended up being one of the best and most creative meals I had in Paris.
