I usually don't leave bad reviews, but the way the guy at K-Smoke Shop treated me left me no choice. I've been there a few times, and the customer service has always been poor. The reviews on this place is very misleading... I been coming here and buying my vapes and dab supplies since January 2025. They have the best deals in town no doubt and they do ask to try your vape before leaving to make sure it works because there has been incidents where people will fake swap the new vape with a broken vape which I don't mind doing at all never have I had a broken vape from them and they are super cool people. If you wanna stop by and grab some vapes they got it and they got it for deals they also keep stock updated to the newest vapes. read more

Not many smoke shops, tobacco shops, glass supply stores in Bellevue so you kind of get stuck going to this place. However, there are more options. You would definitely never see me in this place. My issues: For one they HELLA overcharge. probably because they know they're the only smoke shop in town. #2 Pretty sure they sell knock off products. Specifically torches. I purchased a Maven torch, at least the box said it was maven. Anyway, I got home and opened the box took the torch out and in no way it wasn't marked Maven.. There's no serial number, no indication that it's a Maven, not even any paperwork from the manufacturer.. What a joke! He charged me $60 for that thing and of course it ended up breaking a couple weeks later. Yeah, I went back with the torch, not expecting anything at all, especially not expecting my money back. Just wanted to let the guy know that I know it's a fake and I was gonna either get the attorney general involved, or Somehow get Maven involved. Have been going here for over a year for my weekly geek bar pulse and have never had any issues. I bought one as usual. They are rated for 7500 puffs on the max flow setting and normally last me a week. The next day the juice meter went straight to 0. I went to the store and he refused to take care of it telling me I'm lying and that it's because of the setting I use. Was great but I will not do business with someone who will not take care of a clearly defective product especially with a client (me) who's been going here for a year and have never complained about anything I've bought there. Came in to buy an elfbar since it was the only place open that sold them. Should have just set my $25 on fire as it would have been more use. I opened it right in front of the guy at the counter to make sure it worked. From the first puff it was a defective product. I took a puff and the coils kept burning for 10-15 seconds after I stopped. The guy tried to make some piss poor excuse about how "sometimes the cotton isn't saturated enough and it does that." I walked back in 2 minutes later because it kept doing it and burnt the coil so it tasted like I was smoking a Newport or something. The guy refused to exchange it despite it CLEARLY being a defective product, claiming they can only exchange it if it's a bad battery. This store is garbage, save your money and buy somewhere else, like a legitimate vape shop that doesn't sell defective products and actually stands by them. read more

The owner claims in the About section "we have excellent customer services." Bwahhahahaha! I call BS on that claim. Either that or he has an overactive imagination. This was my first visit to this store and my last. Whoever was running it eventually came out of the back and he looked at me like I disturbed him. I was the only one there. No smiles. No 'happy you're here to help keep my store in business' attitude. Just an angry scowl and the flat "Can I help you." So flat and emotionless that there wasn't even a question at the end. The angry scowl, the rude dismissive tone stayed on his face and in voice the entire time. He knew nothing about the product which is weird bc he has a whole counter and back wall dedicated to it! "I don't know nothing about it." And his terrible attitude. He was so terse and abrupt with me, I couldn't tell if he spoke English poorly or was just in a bad mood. He never said enough words in a sentence for me to see if maybe English was maybe a second or third language. Now that I've read the owner's responses to other reviews, I can see he writes (and likely speaks) English terribly. But that's no excuse. This is the United States where English is the official language of the land. And if you can't understand and speak the language fluently -- no harm , no foul -- hire someone who does. At least three other reviews mentioned a racist element from this guy. Based on my experience, I think there may be something to those claims. I'm an immigrant myself, so I sympathize somewhat bc I remember my first years in this country. But he refused to make any recommendations when asked, just shut me down each time I tried to engage with him. So yeah, I got the 'hurry up and get the hell out of my store' message. It was so bad that if I hadn't been under a time crunch I would have simply walked out of the store after his repeated bouts of rudeness. I couldn't be more disappointed with his service and if I could give this K Smoke location a lower score, I would. Learned my lesson and next time I'll order online. Where, btw -- I later learned what I bought was $20 less and there was a handy chat to answer my questions before I purchased. I believe in 'buy local' whenever possible, but some places, like this one deserve to go out of business. Maybe he can then do what he's good at bc it sure isn't serving his customers. read more

Very clean place. I got a Hype flow lush ice 5% Vape. It has 2000 puffs but kind of gave out on me after half a day which is shocking because usually last me 2 1/2 days. Around $27.50 seems to be the base price on the eastside for this product. The place wasn't too busy so I had quick service which is really appreciated. Only, bummer is it gave out on me less than 12 hours:/ read more

I waited several minutes to be served by the guy behind the counter. The kid actually was able to get to all 4 customers without losing any of us even though his demeanor was like a chicken with its head cut off. I explained that I only wanted a small cheap battery because I just needed something for right now since I had forgot my battery at home and just needed something in the moment. He ignored what I said and kept trying to upsell me larger & more expensive batteries & other stuff I didn't want or need. I paid cash for the cheap battery and headed out. The battery did not work (verified later with same tank & other battery). I walked back in to exchange for a working one only to be confronted with more waiting followed by even more upselling instead of a quick product exchange. During this extra upsell he informed me that the batteries are not charged (defeating the entire reason for me buying one in the first place, as I had already explained to him I only needed one in the moment). Since the product was broken & a replacement wouldn't work for me anyway, I asked to simply return the product for my money back. At this point he started inappropriately laughing & smiling while telling me he cannot return anything & he can only give me credit towards a more expensive battery (attempt at forced upsell). I said that was not acceptable & I wanted my money back. At this point he tried to have me wait while he helped the other customers in the store, by just saying "hold on" and walking away from me. As I was in a hurry, had already waited, then waited again after buying a broken product, this was not acceptable me at all. I told him I was not going to wait around anymore & that he needed to just give me the replacement battery since he was unwilling and incapable of giving me back my whopping $5.00 cash. Terrible attitude, lied about product specs, aggressive sales tactics, & overall awful customer experience. Go anywhere else if you have the option. read more

I would love to support a local small business like this so it pains me to have to write a bad review. I asked a simple question about a monte cristo number two cigar and was berated about how they don't sell Cuban cigars. I'm an experienced cigar buyer and I know not to ask if they sell them. Today at 9:10AM I walked into K Smoke in Overlake Fashion Plaza, 14808 NE 24th St, Redmond, WA. The store opens at 9AM, and as I walked in a man from the back of the store yelled for me to wait. Not all of the lights were on, figuring he just got in I yelled back "No problem!" He comes out a min later and starts screaming and swearing at me to get out because he's not ready. He said "I told you to get out of here, the f***ing lights and registers aren't even on yet!" I am so shocked by the reactions, I say "sorry the door was open I just want a pack a smokes." He continues to scream at me to leave. I said okay well you've lost my business from now, and leave. He then comes out of store and yells from the parking lot " you f***ing b**** suck my d*** and grabs his d***. I am so baffled by the whole thing, this man has rung me up several times before. Purchased a vape from them and the coil came burnt so i brought it back to see if they could give me a new coil to fix the deffective product that they sold me but they refused.
