Came in with a valid, brand new ID that I literally just got issued two weeks ago and immediately got treated like I was trying to use a fake. Staff were rude from the start and kept insisting it "wasn't scanning," even though newer IDs can sometimes scan differently depending on the system. I was also with a friend whose ID works perfectly fine everywhere else, and they still claimed it was only "partially scanning." Instead of handling the situation professionally, they acted accusatory and dismissive the entire time. I completely understand needing to verify IDs, but there's a respectful way to do it. Being talked to like I was doing something illegal over a legitimate state-issued ID was embarrassing and unnecessary. Definitely left a bad impression. read more

A Absolutely ridiculous experience at this dispensary. My friend and I were denied entry because they claimed her ID was fake ...except it's literally the newest Oregon REAL ID version that was reissued last month. Mine is also a valid Oregon REAL ID, and they said it was "partially not scanning" even though I've used it everywhere else with zero issues. Clearly there's an issue with your scanner system. Consider updating it to recognize newer IDs from other states before accusing customers of using fake identification. Your staff is in desperate need of better training if they can't recognize updated state-issued IDs or use basic judgment beyond a scanner malfunction. Good selection, some familiar faces in the staff but also seems like there's new people every time? Good variety of pre rolls, and edibles. The staff has never made a bad choice for me. I do wish they had a reward system! Though everything is fairly priced compared to other spots. The only downside to this spot is the parking. The staff is very friendly. The store is always clean, and they have a great selection with lots of different price points.

Please know, they scan your ID, both sides, and retain the information. They flag, and block access to the store. Cliff did something that made him paranoid, and you also have to show your ID when you purchase after having it scanned before they let you in the door. Something very fishy is with this place, employees almost seem afraid if you challenge showing your idea a second time. As if I could lose 30 years from the from door to the counter. While most are nice, there are a few your militants there that don't seem to understand, there are other places to go. read more

Over priced. Won't take medical cards. Which is illegal by the way in the state of Washington you cannot make a medical patient who has an active card pay tax on marijuana. That's the whole purpose of the card. Absolutely ridiculous. Almost every where I go recreationally accepts medical and gives a discount on top of that as well. Not here! Go somewhere cheaper the prices are marked up 30%. I only will go here if absolutely necessary because it's close to where I reside. So if it's not an emergency I'll go elsewhere. Wow! How did I even miss this place! Beautiful store first off. Second right off the bat Andy was on point with what I was looking for. I asked him something along the lines of "OG CHEM , Bluedream, or where's my bike," and he immediately grabbed this Primo, which I never tried before. Not only did Cliff's have 'Where's my Bike', it was dipped in oil and THC-A crystals! if I haven't been looking EVERYWHERE for someone to not only know what THC-A is but have it on hand! Terrible place. Didn't let me in because I had a vertical ID despite me being over 21. And when I asked the reason for this policy they couldn't even provide me with a decent reason for why they employ this or why this makes their business functions more effective. If the state government and every other establishment will accept my ID that scans and shows that I'm 21 and that has an expiration date of 2025 DESPITE it being vertical then Cliff's Cannabis damn well should too. Promise that ppl who are trying to come in with fakes will bring a horizontal ID not a vertical one. don't waste your time here. super rude staff, Cliff owns it, but I was told there's NO way to get ahold of anyone except for the rude managers who run that store. After my husband was harassed, and I called and asked to speak to someone other than a manager named Brad who had just harassed him no more than a half hour before - I was told by Austin that they didn't care and wouldn't do anything - I calmly told him they should make this right since we have come in 2-3 times a day for the last 2 years. Well, they wouldn't, they didn't care and said they couldn't do anything, so I'm never ever coming back again. my husband Ben and I were one of your most loyal customers living in Issaquah - I knew the staff, and knew Brad was rude, but WOW, for a boy who looks underage wearing kid t-shirts acting like an a$$ everytime we go in - I'm done. Convienent little spot right on Gilman to pick up some edibles. I can't speak to other things but they carry our favorite (marmas). No security guard so be ready to be patient as you have to slide your id under a window before they buzz you in. 4 stars for location and service. read more

Eh. Just another overpriced dispensary trying to live under the blanket of a "high end" shop. Nothing special to see here. They do carry some good brands but for the price it's not really worth it unles you are like me and had to do a job in Issaquah and forgot your stuff in Seattle. The real thing that blew my mind about this place is that the employee that helped me didn't really do anything other than their job and was pretty friendly so I tried to give them a tip which was refused and I was told they don't take tips for employees there??? Why? Is that like a way of saying to your employees that you don't want them to have extra money? I've never been to a dispensary that doesn't take tips and I always make sure I leave something because honestly selling weed must be quite a headache and I think budtenders should be as compensated as bartenders. Overall in comparison to some shops in Seattle I would say you're paying about 30% more for what you're paying for.
