And after I received the form, I was told at Higher Leaf, to just bring it in Monday, Wednesday, or Friday 12 to 3. So getting the form worked pretty well, but then when I brought it in to Higher Leaf at 12:00 am on a Monday, they said I needed an appointment. I said " they didn't tell me that" and that I was just to bring the form in M-W-F 12 to 3. They wanted to argue and argue, even the manager just wants to argue and argue and do everything they can to be absolutely unhelpful without giving any suggestions. Horrible customer service. Don't go to this place because if they can't get the Medical card process right, they surely can't get being a reliable supplier right either. I'm convinced that a pretty woman would have gotten in-like-Flint. Avoid Higher Leaf in Kirkland - horrible horrible customer service.
