Gram, Sunmerry and Hong Kong cafe are most well known bakeries. Among restaurants, there are dim sum, hot pot, k-bbq and noodles house spots. Multiple bubble tea store are there including Hey Tea. For shopping, there's not many option, just few local stores and a Daiso.

There are a handful of other biz plus some open spots up for grabs. I have only been here for Costco visits thus far. Unfortunately, my first impression was not the greatest. I feel the parking lot is tight. I'm not sure if it is because of the elongated-ness of the center. Nevertheless, it holds some of my favorite tenants marked with an asterisk below. The workers hung out behind the register area in the back. No one greeted anyone or ask me if I needed help. No smiles on their faces either. They weren't there to help customers in any way.
