Atlantic Times Square is a humongous one stop destination that offers retail shopping, restaurants, entertainment and residences in one place. It's definitely a gathering spot where friends and family can come together to shop, dine and unwind. I was here recently to do take-out from Hong Kong Cafe. I remember coming here in the past for dinner at Atlantic Seafood & Dim Sum. I would love to return here more often to explore the many food options it offers (see below). Residences are on the upper floors. All shops, restaurants, and entertainment are primarily on the bottom floor. Not sure if it was just this weekend but it was so busy. There were people performing, i think i said the maid cafe people singing and dancing in the middle. Also saw a random pikachu. They also have little pop up stores where yoy can buy from small vendors. Im glad this place is busy again and not dead. read more

Nice Christmas decorations! There's not a lot of decorations, but the little bit that they have is nice. There's underground parking that fills up quickly. Lots of different restaurants and cafes there including a 24 hour fitness gym. They also have two kinds of water fountains there. It's nice to walk around there although it's not a very big area. read more

GO TO MILKWAY MARKETPLACE HERE! Probably happens around once a month based on past events, but it's a great free event highlighting the vendors in the square, local artists, and performers, if you want to see what Atlantic Times Square is all about. The best business here is off to the side past the AMC theaters, Asayoru Maid Cafe, HANDS DOWN. You can go read my review on the business and see what a great, one of a kind business it is. Super kawaii and eye catching when you're driving down Atlantic Blvd. Generally, the first 2 layers of parking are available to me and are not too far from the elevators, but I've had to delve deeper when it becomes too fisted, just an FYI. I wish they would fix AND clean the escalators too. When I first visited the square it was pretty dead aside from Asayoru, but we're seeing a revival of businesses here, of course with Asayoru, but with other stops like Hey Tea, Matcha Maiko, Grab a Crab, Macho Burger, and soon enough, Mongolian Pie and Big Way Hot Pot (love this place). But there's also a Daiso to stop by at and the theaters too, so it's definitely becoming revitalized. read more

It's pretty empty now, the shops used to have lots of customers, and there were good places to eat. Now pretty much deserted, so I took my skateboard to look around. It's sad to see the place decline. The stores and restaurants along Atlantic Blvd seem to have customers. The 24 fitness is active. As I was returning to my car, I skated in the parking lot, a downhill. A security guard approached me on foot, so I left. read more

It was our first time here...I can see this place could have been a 5 star place at one time...They still have some restaurants left here, that which is great. I gave it 2 stars because most of the stores are closed down, there were hardly any businesses left which is why it's so sad. They do have Daiso. Actually I couldn't decide between giving 2 or 3 stars because there are still some restaurants left. They do have AMC theater and I do love the free garage parking. But that is it. Sad sad sad.... Atlantic Times Square as the name shows was supposed to be a bustling area when it opened over 10 years ago... Now it's depleted and outdated for SGV area, empty parking lot and empty business... Courtyard Marriott opened across from it hopefully it doesn't affect them since there aren't many amenities nearby like on Valley Blvd... What happened here???? It's a shame actually.... My buddy asked me to meet him here and I haven't been here for awhile... Damn is all I can say!!!! This area sucks now and upscale condos with junk on the outside area that faces where people walk...HOA shouldn't allow that!!!!! Not sure what can turn this area around???? read more

I came here a long time ago for an Asian Beauty meetup and returned recently. It's a cool little maze of a shopping mall. It's definitely a plus that Phoenix Food Boutique is here, although I wish they were open earlier. I finally got to try the dim sum here, as they were open from 8 AM. It felt kinda heavy as a breakfast, but can't complain because there aren't too many options. My friend told me that we were getting leftovers from yesterday, which I found strange. But this is a great place to visit, as there is a supermarket on the other side and plenty of parking. read more

We come by here once in awhile and it doesn't take long for us to find parking in the underground garage. The reason I give it three stars is the dull and drab atmosphere of walking around this place. The area is kept clean and it feels very safe here but it just doesn't have a pleasant feeling to it. We come to see movies here and eat at the few good restaurants in the area. read more

They never maintain this place. The escalators have been broken for years. I was trying to go to daiso and two of the elevators from the parking structure were broken. I tried taking the stairs and ended up behind the theater and when I tried going back to the parking, the door was locked. I had to go down to the third floor and walk all the way towards the escalator and stairs. I have also seen cockroaches at the stairs going to Atlantic Seafood. Nobody is maintaining this place and keeping it clean. So many of the shops and restaurants have closed down. the management here must be terrible. read more

The Atlantic Time Square was amazing when it open about years ago it was very popular with locals and people coming see amazing things at Atlantic Time Square. I remember they open an AMC movie theater in was so nice and also the restaurants and stores they open. Since Covid it's not the same they shutdown restaurants and store for a years but it's coming g back slowly to normal. read more

Shop, but don't live here. The glitz and the glam of living at The Residences at ATS wears off pretty quickly. For starters, this place lacks amenities that any luxury community would offer since it is stripped down to the bare basics. The only reason why there is premium rent is for the convenient location of being above a shopping center, but almost half the stores are vacant. Here's what to expect: - No package lockers and the leasing office doesn't receive packages. Sometimes delivery drivers leave your package at your front door or in the communal lobby - out in the open for anyone to grab. USPS has actually told me they have issues delivering packages that require signatures here and that the residents should band together and demand package lockers installed - Maintenance is scarce and you have to schedule weeks in advance since there's usually a backlog of requests already. They only come by once or twice a week since they hire a third-party contractor to do it. -Leaking pipelines causing pools of stagnant water in the parking structure. Fixing it would be nice since I feel bad for the cars that have to park in the puddles of water since that is corroding the wheels' luster over time - Since my building faced the busy intersection of Atlantic and Hellman, I heard traffic noise all the time such as honks, cars/motorcycles revving, and ambulance sirens - Building entrance door gets jammed so you have to slam your shoulder against it to force it open - No gym amenities for residents. There's a 24 hour Fitness that you can buy a membership for, but no discounts - Overnight guests have to pay a parking permit fee - There's a service fee for paying rent online or else you have to drop off physical checks in the office mailbox - No communication from management about staffing changes or who to contact especially when the turnover is high and no one ever picks up the phone. We rented here with Emily (who was great!) and two people have already backfilled her position within a year - The only way to recycle cardboard boxes is by bringing them to a back alley behind the building. It can also be sketchy at night since there are random people smoking back there in a dimly lit alley. Because of it, many residents don't recycle so they just leave boxes in the small trash rooms - The carpets in the units were poorly installed and there are nails protruding out. There are also tons of shredded carpet threads left throughout the unit - There was a hole in the living room floorboards in my unit which they had to hire someone to saw through the wood and install a new one. The contractor did not secure the work area with plastic barriers so there was tons of sawdust left throughout our entire unit The rent here is equivalent to paying a monthly mortgage payment ($3K+), but you don't get any superior service or luxury amenities. You get the central location, but that's it. read more

Exiting the 10 Freeway at Atlantic? Then you must put Atlantic Times Square on your list. Something for everyone in there! A huge parking structure awaits, but like a submarine, you must dive, dive, dive. There are two underground levels and you will find a spot. Them follow the melody of a Pechanga Casino jingle which loops endlessly in the courtyard area. You have arrived. Instead of being anchored by a supermarket, as most Asian shopping centers are, this one boasts a 24 Hour Fitness (supernova Elite Yelpers Juan F and Nicole can be spotted there) on one end, and an AMC movie theatre on the other end. In between are a dozen restaurants, including a fun conveyor belt revolving sushi bar (Gatten), a sneaker place where I have had good luck (iKicks), a dim sum place (above 24 Hour), two beauty stores with the latest Korean snail mucus stuff, a store with about 50 claw machine games, and a Daiso. Apartments and condos are above everything. A hit. read more

A relative lives there and there is a myriad of problems. Their car was stolen from the garage. On a visit, my car was broken into. Management is not helpful or responsive. Repairs go on too long. The residences are not well maintained. read more

Echoing someone else's comments on the apartment living. While the plaza and space itself is nice...Within the first 3 months, our unit had roaches and I had to spend a bunch of money buying a bunch of products until one finally seemed to do the trick. Didnt even bother asking management knowing how long it takes for maintenance requests. Once we decided to move out, the security deposit deduction was almost $1500...the only reasons they gave were hard water stains and wall patches/paint. No way it costs that much!!! Then they ghost us when we ask for an itemized list and eventually have to go through the whole process of small claims court to get any response. Terrible management company-beware!! read more

I like this mall! (Isn't its name funny?!) It has a little bit of everything! From dim sum, to 24 Hour Fitness, and Daiso... to Phoenix, Tasty Garden, and a movie theater! The free parking is a bonus, as well as the beautiful landscaping and the awesome fountain and jumbotron! I'm sure we will return! P.S. If you park in the garage, make sure you do not leave any belongings in the car that people can view through the window. Today was the 2nd time I've witnessed windows of car broken into... today a young lady said she just had a grocery bag with her makeup inside her car. Someone broke her window and stole that small grocery bag. Its just so sad people are so desperate these days. They need to up their security in this parking structure or add security cameras and not just worried about cars stopping or park at their management parking spots right in front of the escalator. One time I had to stop on one of those reserved "management parking spot" to drop off my elderly parents because they have very limited Handicap parking spots. Within 3 minutes, someone ran down and told me I cannot park there. If only security was that fast in responsive to a break ins at the parking structure. I advise the management reading this to care more about their customers' convenience rather than their management convenience of reserved parking spots for them. Their underground parking is a pain in the butt. With AMC theater and 24Hr Fitness in the center, the parking is always full! Most of the shops are eatery places. With some of my favorite restaurant here, OK Cafe, Curry House, Nice Time Cafe, Summery Bakery/ Happy Lemon, Phoenix, Lee's Coffee Kokio Chicken etc, and Atlantic Seafood (Dim Sum) Restaurant. Uniboil, Happy Lemon, TenRen, One Zo, and Tasty Garden all in one mall? That's the dream. Not to mention there's a huge Asian beauty store, a Daiso, a gym, sushi, ramen, a movie theater, and a Chinese market across the street. It's pretty much a hub for all things Asian and life. Parking is whatever sometimes, but I normally don't have a hard time finding any in the underground structure. Don't expect to get any cell service in there though. My only complaint is that I don't live in the apartments above it. read more

For shopping and dining, it's fine. This is a review (warning) for those seeking to rent/purchase an apartment: Do not live here. It is awful. The maintenance team is almost a joke. Fixtures began falling apart a month in after living here. Worst part are the roaches, I swear to the Lord. The first month was great and then the roaches appeared one-by-one. The only funny part about it was our neighbor asking us "do you guys have problems with bugs in your place?" in the hallway when our friends were visiting for the first time. Ha ha. The roach problem got so bad, but management did nothing despite our numerous requests for them to remedy the situation. We had to go buy roach motels ourselves. The second worst part is when the a/c breaks. We run it at 76 the coldest, but it's nearly always at 77 or 78. We get cold easily. The maintenance solution is: don't run it so cold. EXCUSE ME?! Our apartment goes beyond 90 degrees inside. It's uninhabitable, but what can we do? It's so hot that our tower-fan literally blows hot air. I don't recommend these apartments. Run away. Don't be fooled. Things break and it takes forever to never to getting them fixed. read more

Greatest tip ever! This square is a one stop shop for all your needs. From restaurants (curry house, noodle houses, phoenix, ten ren, sushi places, coffee shop, chinese candy store, fluff ice, tasty garden) to other non-eating stores (24 hour fitness, Daiso, Baby clothing store, shoe store and a movie theatre). I find it weird that a 24 hour fitness gym is in the same plaza as these eating places. Have self restraint folks, because it is hard to walk through here and not get any food. If you are in need of signal, this place might not be a great choice to be at. Signal here is really bad. You might have walk outside of the plaza to use your phone. read more

Good location, but cell phone reception is bad, especially for Verizon. AT&T and T-mobile are slightly better. In the underground parking lot, T-mobile has very good reception (I think it has repeater) but Verizon has zero bar ! Even the open area on ground level, Verizon is just 1 out of 5 bars ! There is a Chinese restaurant on the second floor, Atlantic Seafood restaurant, all 3 networks barely have any signal inside the restaurant. Verizon is zero ! AT&T and T-mobile is around 1-2 bars out of 5, and you can barely use the data. It will be much much better if the mall can provide free Wi-Fi. read more

Downgrading from 2 stars down to 1 star. Five months after the first leak, our upstairs neighbors clogged their kitchen sink again, which caused another flood in our kitchen. Dirty water raining down from our recessed lights again. Every square inch of the kitchen floor is flooded. There is an inch of gray water on the stovetop. It's all dirty sink water from upstairs. And did I mention the carpet in the kids room is starting to get wet AGAIN? Lovely. To the security team's credit, they responded immediately and went upstairs to pay our favorite friends a visit. By the way, I should mention that we've called at least 3 times to report extremely loud parties going on upstairs at 3AM in the past several weeks. Security has responded every time to shut them down. The security team has actually been pretty good. But they are an independent company contracted by Atlantic Times Square, so ATS receives no credit for this compliment. Anyway this time I went upstairs with them to see what we were dealing with. We have 3 spoiled brats not more than 21 yrs old dragging large trash bags full of drug paraphenalia out of their apt and shoving them down the trash chute, clogging it up for the entire building. Of course! When security comes knocking, what else are you going to do with your illegal drugs? Security yelled at them and told them they would be fined $500 "again" for disposing bags of their spent drug cartridges down the chute. Apparently they've been caught on security cameras doing this before. So they sadly drag their trash bags back into their apt. These kids are a known problem. Late night parties, shoving bags of used drugs down the trash chute, flooding our apt MULTIPLE TIMES. There simply hasn't been enough done to evict these problem children so I blame poor parenting first and poor property management second. And since their deadbeat parents are not on Yelp, I hold ATS accountable for not properly dealing with a known vermin problem. I've sent my notice to vacate. This will be our last month here and now I have to deal with looking for an attorney to settle this matter. So you've been warned. read more

A fun place to hang out, but someone's always smoking! Ugh. The cigarette smoke drifts and lingers in all the underground parking lot. People seem to be very happy with the 24 Hour Fitness. Lots of places to eat, but not any good clothing stores. There's this new store that only sells clothes that are black or white. I don't get it. I would hate to live here because of the loud noise echoing up the walkways, but I don't live here. There is a lot of turnover for eateries, both savory and sweet. I have no idea why they had a Johnny Rocket's for the longest time, because that place doesn't really appeal to the large, Asian population. Family friendly, but the fountain always sprays water on you when you walk by (from the wind). They'll have a Xmas tree up during the holidays and a cute little bridge for Lunar New Year. I'm guessing certain stores will be gone soon, like Teletron (where you can buy a mattress and a rice cooker in the same place). It always looks empty. read more

Atlantic Times Square is one of the newest plaza in San Gabriel Valley. It took them almost a decade to build from ground up. Pack with over 40 retails store with nice apartments at top. Thumbs Up: + Good variety of restaurants and retails stores. + Nice LED screens but is feature only Chinese related ads. + Few places where you can eat Dim Sum, go workout, grab a coffee or shaved ice, watch a movie and have enjoyed a good dinner all in one plaza. Thumbs Down: - Parking here is 10 times worst than Costco. - Plaza lack maps showing all the stores. - Dislike the way it design the parking, to exit you must go uphill, do not get too close to the car before you. EH - I can't love this place. I can't hate this place. There are certain shops that exist here only or further away, so it's convenient here. There's a coffee place (I think) Phoenix dessert, 24 hour fitness, an AMC, a few random shops, Daiso, and some other places. This is one of the newer "malls" around the area. It's located off Atlantic and sandwiched between Hellman and another street. Walkable to Half and Half, Ralphs, and a bunch of other places. I kinda avoid this place like the plague during the weekend. It seems ok during the weekdays and later at night. Good thing - parking is free. Then again, it's free all over the 626. :) YAY PLUS one for this Valley. hehehe. The parking can get hectic in here. I'm not sure why people have to sit and troll in the lot. Get in your car. Turn on your engine. Set it in Drive or Reverse, depending on how you parked. It's not that hard. I try to bypass the people trolling for closer spots and just head on to the 2nd floor for parking. read more

I saw this place build up over the years. It is always crowded during the peak hours and weekends. One of the newer establishments for Asian Cuisine and lot of Asian shops. There is also a small 24 hour fitness as well as the AMC theatre. The parking situation is abysmal even with the whole underground parking structure. It has got to be the popularity of the place thats causing it. If you want to try out some new restaurants, do some specialty shopping this may be your place! read more

Really big structure! Parking could be really hard to find but the underground parking structure is really big. There are a lot of levels so if anything there will be parking at the lower levels. However, the parking lot is super weird so you might get lost if it is your first time parking there. The main thing here for me its the 24 Hour Fitness Center. I come here pretty much everyday to workout. They also have a lot of restaurants such as Johnny Rockets, Curry House, Cold Stone, Cafe Express, Tokyo Wako, Froyo, Lee's Sandwiches, Green Island, Tasty Garden, Happy Family, and many more. They also have a bookstore and other randoms stores. Of course, the other big thing here is their AMC Theater. read more

Came by the other day to this mixed retail/residential complex. Condos are available at $500k+ for a 2bd/1ba and there are numerous name brand restaurants including, Tasty Garden, Phoenix Food Boutique, Ten Rens etc. There is also the discount Japanese retailer, Daiso and AMC Movie Theaters to help burn some time! What the plaza includes: GYM: 24 hour fitness, the reason I'm here 2xs a week Dim Sum Shopping: tennis shoes AND clothing Movies Dessert Underground parking Lunch Dinner K-pop music videos while you sit down around the plaza I can spend a whole day here. I'll start by grabbing a heavy lunch at Tasty Garden, let my lunch sit in my stomach while I watch a movie, hit the gym to burn off the calories I consumed, then walk around Daiso to find cool accessories I'll never need :P read more

This is one of the best plazas in the San Gabriel Valley! Before you start to disagree, you gotta respect that with such a fairly new plaza, there is plenty of things to do here. What other plaza would have an AMC, a gym, clothing stores, restaurants, etc.? Another great perk are the large screens exhibiting music videos and the loud speakers along with them. I believe that this is a great modern plaza, a template for the many other new plazas that will be opening around the area. As for the parking situation, I feel as though there are floors that many do not care to explore, which would make parking easier for them. Still, I hope in the future, more stores would be rented out so to make this plaza even better. read more

This is one of the newer mixed complexes in the area. Watched them try to build it for years... Then finally.... There are lots of restaurants here, which is great!! But lots of them are chains. There are a few places that I frequent regularly such as Curry House, Gatten Sushi, Fluff Ice, and Tasty Garden. The parking is pretty unorganized, but its FREE! and underground. It's all decked out for the holidays right now, its pretty cool. Lots of twinkle lights. read more

This place is ok. There's basically a 24hr Fitness gym here, a theatre, and a bunch of spots to get food. I don't come here too often since it doesn't offer anything that I am that interested in. The parking is also poorly designed. PARKING Finding parking here is sometimes difficult. The majority of the time, it's not too bad though. The biggest issue I have is how poorly the ramps were designed (the rest of the garage is a joke too but I guess functionality is still there). If you have a car that is even a little bit lower than avg, you will have problems. read more
