The Gourmet Pantry represents so many regions as far as Argentina and as close as New Jersey. This shop is all Joe - an eclectic blend of tastes that suits all of your kitchen needs from balsamic vinaigrette, wide array of artisanal sweets, red peppers, butters, grits and so much more. And this is only the beginning! She has lived there for years and had never done this tour, which made it feel like a bit of a discovery for both of us. We ended up at the Lotz House Museum, and it turned out to be one of those unexpectedly memorable experiences. On this particular day, we lucked out with Chuck as our guide. He is a former high school history professor, and you can tell immediately. He does not just recite facts, he brings everything to life with stories, details, and just the right amount of drama. The house itself is not large, but that almost works in its favor. Between the stories of the Lotz family and the vivid accounts of the Battle of Franklin happening right outside, you can practically see it all unfolding as you move from room to room. It is the kind of experience that sticks with you long after you leave, and at around seventeen dollars, it feels like an absolute steal. And do not skip the gift shop. Treat yourself to a peach Nehi soda on your way out. It is unexpectedly fantastic, and I am still thinking about how to get my hands on more.

I did find a pair of grey ones and loved them. I vowed that when I was back in the States, I'd get another pair. My next trip ended up being Nashville. On my first full day, I went to the closest Kohl's from where I was staying. I found these shorts in various colours, but none of them were in my size. Ugh! The greater Nashville area has three Kohl's. I went to the second-closest one, which is this one. The parking lot had plenty of parking. I pulled into a spot and walked in. I eventually found the shorts that I loved. They were in my size. I ended up getting them in blue and green. There always seems to be a sale happening at Kohl's. I like the merchandise that it offers and deals that make me happy. I landed a pair of lightweight jean joggers. This pandemic has switched me over to Joggers. Finding the right inseam can be a challenge for me with them. These fit so nicely that I got them. I didn't realize that Squishmallows are available at Kohl's until this trip. I saw a small strawberry one. I oddly didn't have any strawberry plushies in my collection until I bought one here. This store also had Squishville -- smaller versions of Squishmallows. This store is cool. I saw new Caboodles carriers, which threw me back to being in high school and seeing them in Teen magazine. Instead, I saw them right before me. I'm glad that the company is still in business. Kipling bags are also available at Kohl's. Wow! This store had smaller ones in cheerful colours. I came to Nashville without a pair of sunglasses. It was hot and humid. The sun was out practically every day, with the odd day for a thunderstorm. I got a nice pair of sunglasses here and loved them so much. They were 50% off. I wore them every day to protect my eyes, look like a mysterious tourist, and keep my hair away from my face when they became a hairband when I was indoors. Staff here were nice. A woman helped me cash out. I got deals scanned through the Kohl's app, which I highly recommend using. You do save a ton of money at this store. I saved far more than I had spent. It's a good store. I miss it already. Whenever I'm back in town, I'd return here to shop again. (254)

This is my local Target, but it's also my favorite among the several locations I've visited. The…read morestore is kept rather clean and the associates are generally friendly and helpful. I've never had an issue with items being out of stock or the store offering too low a selection. I don't do my grocery shopping at Target, as I find their prices to be more expensive than most other grocery stores (and Walmart), but some things I will hit up Target for include beauty products, home decor, and some tech products... quality and selection for these items always seem to be much better than the aforementioned stores.
