It seems they made the attempts to contact me through the avenue that they know I don't use. I would email my rep when I needed something and I always promptly email back never call. But when it came time to make a decision to keep or drop me as a customer they chose to only call me. I had been a customer with them for years and this is how it ended just feels like a complete lack of respect as a customer. A real disappointment and now I wouldn't even recommend them.
