The store is small and packed with merch, some of which had a home and some which did not. It was a bit tough to move around, especially when other customers were in the store. I was greeted quickly and when I asked a question, I was quickly helped and led to the counter. Price point is still a bit high, especially for used items such as controllers which are still fetching $50 used. Overall, solid 3.5 experience at this GameStop location.

A great idea by The Great Escape to move to this location which seems larger - always a good thing. I hope to come back when I have more time to browse and when my pocketbook allows.

The ambiance was calming and aesthetic. Today, this location has been transformed into a corporate shell of what it used to be. Instead of wandering aimlessly from aisle to aisle looking for a good book, customers find themselves turning in circles as the aisles and section are laid out in an impossible to navigate configuration. If you are lucky enough to find what you are looking for, the prices are outrageous. Where the cafe was once a haven for students and remote workers, now only stale pastries and lukewarm coffee stand. The only thing this B&N has going for it is the service. Employees are always kind and helpful, even if the answer is always, "It's not in stock, but we can order it."

She was taking back by the line of questions coming from the cashier and store manager. She was asked why we she did not wore the dress sooner, we were asked to supply our telephone number which we did. Thinking that they were going to be able to find the purchase and have the sensor removed. The store manager mentioned that she remembered the dress which I doubt because the dress was bought on clearance eight months ago and neither the sales reps or managers stay on the job that long. Very high turnover. My wife felt very uncomfortable and somewhat angry, since it was their mistake for not taking off the sensor at the time of purchase. At the end the store manager said the she was going to make an exception for taking off the store sensor, what did she meant by that, was she going to keep the dress that my wife purchased or not taking off the sensor because she did have a purchase receipt from eight months ago. Did she think we were not going to call the police if she decided to keep the dress?
