PCC is a great atmosphere, and the employees really care- they hire young staff that actually collect cards and have a wide knowledge of them. While I'm not a frequent passerby any longer (due to the skyrocketing MSRP of packs), every time I've been in recently was a pleasant experience. The store is always clean and I've never seen the employees unhappy. A welcoming environment for kids and adults alike- whether you want to buy packs, slabs, boxes, or get a card graded, the staff will have you sorted.
