In early May, I was in Rochester, MN. The temperature was warmer than I remembered it to be. We got a mini heatwave, which made me hit Kohl's to find a pair of short. I did find a pair of grey ones and loved them. I vowed that when I was back in the States, I'd get another pair. My next trip ended up being Nashville. On my first full day, I went to the closest Kohl's from where I was staying. I found these shorts in various colours, but none of them were in my size. Ugh! The greater Nashville area has three Kohl's. I went to the second-closest one, which is this one. The parking lot had plenty of parking. I pulled into a spot and walked in. I eventually found the shorts that I loved. They were in my size. I ended up getting them in blue and green. There always seems to be a sale happening at Kohl's. I like the merchandise that it offers and deals that make me happy. I landed a pair of lightweight jean joggers. This pandemic has switched me over to Joggers. Finding the right inseam can be a challenge for me with them. These fit so nicely that I got them. I didn't realize that Squishmallows are available at Kohl's until this trip. I saw a small strawberry one. I oddly didn't have any strawberry plushies in my collection until I bought one here. This store also had Squishville -- smaller versions of Squishmallows. This store is cool. I saw new Caboodles carriers, which threw me back to being in high school and seeing them in Teen magazine. Instead, I saw them right before me. I'm glad that the company is still in business. Kipling bags are also available at Kohl's. Wow! This store had smaller ones in cheerful colours. I came to Nashville without a pair of sunglasses. It was hot and humid. The sun was out practically every day, with the odd day for a thunderstorm. I got a nice pair of sunglasses here and loved them so much. They were 50% off. I wore them every day to protect my eyes, look like a mysterious tourist, and keep my hair away from my face when they became a hairband when I was indoors. Staff here were nice. A woman helped me cash out. I got deals scanned through the Kohl's app, which I highly recommend using. You do save a ton of money at this store. I saved far more than I had spent. It's a good store. I miss it already. Whenever I'm back in town, I'd return here to shop again. (254) read more

The women in Customer service was so rude she had to take over for another employee that originally started my return. As soon as the original employee asked her to finish the return the other employee immediately had an attitude and yelled she didn't know what was going on. She was so upset throughout my whole return which she didn't know how to do. Then she called a manager over to help and I tried to tell her about my experience and she did nothing!! I got my money back but overall bad experience! read more

Shame on you for dropping the "My Pillow" from your line of products. It won't affect their sales because they are always available online at the "My Pillow" website. If fact at Christmas I bought 2 sets of sheets and another pillow directly from them and cheaper than I could buy them from your store. Your obvious bow to political pressure is truly sad. You've alienated a large group of people with this move and from what I've seen lately, you can't afford to lose any more customers. read more

Terrible customer service, manager was rude. We used the app to show what shoes were on sale, got to the resister and even though we scanned the barcode for the price it was the "online price". How can a store not price match your own store and why even make that a feature on the app to scan items if the price is over $20 more expensive when you get to check out. Very stupid. The young lady who assisted my mother and I with check out was a great example of how one should treat customers of a retail store. Her name was Sydney [spelled different]. It was my first time to Kohl's and I was left with a great impression of this location. Awesome! read more

We walk in 15 mins to closing time I travel from Houston Texas to Nashville and forgot some swimming wear me and my wife, the staff were right behind us. Felt a bit pressure to purchase our items and leave . My wife heard the black male Manager talk to one of his female staff "so ready to close" this was a few days before Fourth of July read more

Their interview process is horrible. My daughter, a teenager,was emailed to tell her that she could sign up for a date and time to come into the store to have an interview. They had very few options for interviews in the evening since she has to go to school. Then when she went in for her interview the interviewer made her wait in the waiting room for 2 hours after her interview so that she could take her on a tour of the store. After all of this she was emailed telling her that she did not get the job. read more

Horrible customer service. I was ready to drop some serious money in the jewelry section but because the clerk was more interested in finding her lost Fitbit rather than helping me she just lost some serious money. I waited 25 minutes. Will not be back. I'll spend my money elsewhere. read more

This Kohl's is awesome! Unfortunately, there are only a few of these stores in the area but they always have pretty great deals/coupons going on. This specific store has a great staff, I feel like I'm always laughing when I go in there because they all are so friendly & have such a great sense of humor - I love that! I've purchased shoes, clothes, kitchen items, candles, makeup, and a bunch of other random things from this store and will keep returning, even though it's about 25 minutes away from my house. I love Kohls. They have some pretty good sales and if you get a coupon online to go along with it, you can get some amazing deals. I've always had good experiences with the employees at Kohls as well. I can't always find what I want or need but when I do it's worth the trip! read more

This is the best Kohls I have been too. It is so clean and everything is where it is suppose to be. I always find great deals on the sales and clearance racks. I love you can use your coupons on sale and clearance items too. The people here are always friendly and I really enjoy shopping at this location. read more

Typically I love Kohl's---wonderful customer service, great deals, and sales. Tonight...hmmm, not at all. The store was so disorganized it was like digging through a yard sale bin to find anything on the regular shelves much less the clearance sections. All the clearance rack hangers were mismarked so if you thought you were looking at a L and excited that it was a great find, it would be an XS or S. For the check-out experience, I had a gift card to use for a portion of my total---the cashier wouldn't let me use it. She said you had to put 50% of the purchase on a Kohl's charge card before being able to use the gift card. That has never happened before at any other Kohl's I have shopped at. It is usually as long as you put some of your total on the charge card you can use the full balance of the gift card or merchandise credit. read more

I'm very disappointed in the Smyrna store! It's always a mess especially the shoe department! The staff is really rude to customers and each other! I will drive the extra miles to go to the Murfreesboro store where they are always polite and the store is always tidy and clean! I can always find everything I need there I try to not go to the Smyrna location unless it's for emergency run for an item! read more
