Good price for good pedicure. Massage chairs with clean basins and tools. Had older gentleman - he spent a long time and did a great job cutting, cleaning up my nails and painting. read more

We have our boat in South Haven and had our family up for the weekend. There were 5 of us girls wanting pedicures. We called around and every place did not want to take our large group. We called k nails and they got us in. Nice place and very friendly staff. We were all pleased and will be back again!!!! read more

Would not recommend to anyone. Staff tried to charge me $60+ for a French tip overlay on my 1mm long nails.. poor customer service.

First time here. It was alright. Not the best for the price for a pedicure and full set with gel polish($100). Asked for coffin shaped nails and my nails aren't symmetrical. The guy that did my nails didn't even check and compare my nails to my left and right. I asked him to clean my cuticles and he told me no need after he's done with my full set not going see. The only great thing was I didn't feel like they were rushing and they were about to close in an hour and a half. read more

I got an acrylic set and I had to come home and reshape my nails because they were all different sizes. the sign in the shop also said it would be $37 and i ended up having to pay $57. the cost was most definitely not worth what I got concidering I had to come home and fix them. I will never be returning. read more

This review is simply for Hy (or Hy? Not sure how to spell it) he gave the best pedicure and massage of that my sister or I have ever experienced. Otherwise, I would say the rest of the service and surroundings are just average. He puts extra time and effort into his services and just wanted to give him a shout out. My Mother also had a massage by Steve that she enjoyed. read more

K Nails - Word to the people that want a great massage- get this guy!! My sister got the best foot and leg massage ever! I was so jealous! - Nail Salons Near Me - South Haven, Michigan

I was in town and decided to get my nails done remembering how good their service was the last time I went (a year or two). Welp! Shoulda stayed home. He literally wasn't even paying attention to what he was doing, I'm pretty sure he missed some steps and my nails look like crap. Two of them popped off while I was washing dishes I meaaannnn!!! Idk what the heck he did but it feels like he created hang nails (as you can see in second pic) and it's on every nail. Never again read more

Quality? It really depends on which technician you get. Went with my friend for a pedicure. We both had male technicians. My guy... horrible. Had to repeatedly point out poor work but he just never could do a half way decent pedicure. However my friend had a great pedicure and was in the chair 20 mins longer than me. Tried asking for the manager and the 2 women there actually pretended thier english was not good enough to understand what I was asking. Hummm.... never going there again! read more

Absolutely horrible at making and keeping appointments. As a local, I've tried going here so many times- with an appointment - and end up waiting AT LEAST 20 minutes every time. Today was no different, other than instead of waiting I left and vowed to never go back. read more

Very disappointed. I had a 3:00 appt and had to wait an hour for one of the worst basic manicures I've ever had. They barely filed my nails and were very chintzy with base and top coat( I brought my own polish) I also felt the tools were not sanitized or cleaned between clients. I will be surprised if this manicure lasts through the day. I will not be going back. read more

Perfect mani/pedi every time! I also love that they respect your appointment time and don't overbook themselves.

They are so rude! One day i came in to get my nails done and they were about to book me until they saw my toes and they noticed i just got them done! Then they said " we have book " so i was like okay. Never again!! read more

Kathy and Nancy were both very kind and sweet. But I would avoid one of the male nail technicians! I did not get his name. Luckily my mom had a great experience with her tech but my nail technician, was incredibly rude. I am pleased with the gel manicure however I would not return because of his rudeness. I have had many mani pedis in the past at various places and so far he is the ONLY technician who seemed attitudinal when I politely mentioned I didn't like the first color he used (he had only painted 1 nail) I make it a point to be polite. I even tried to quickly look through the gel colors for a new color I'd like and took no more than five minutes to do so. He did not offer help or advice or even patience - he instead stood up and said I could sit in an unused chair until I made up my mind and he would then help me later after he helped a new customer because I was taking too long. He said he had too many people waiting and I was holding him up. After he finished my nails he didn't say thank you, have a nice day , or any parting greeting he just ignored me as I left. read more

I have been getting my nails done for years now & this was by far the worst experience i've had. She ripped my nails off so hard and made them bleed and sting. I was in so much pain the whole time I was there and didn't even pay attention to the fact that the nail job and shape was horrible. I will never go back there again. And had to pay $65??? that's ridiculous read more

Wow, had shellac manicure done which chipped, broken nails in less than a week, then when I had to have the shellac removed my usual salon had the hardest time, had to cut my nails completely short (they were only just to the end of my fingers). Plus had to wait over 30 min despite having a group appointment. Not impressed. read more

If you go to Ks nails you MUST ask for "Hy or Steve" They give the best leg massages I have ever had. Worth the upgrade for $5 to Deluxe pedi. Great senses of humor and enjoyed conversation as well. read more

If I could give them less than one star I would.' Made appointment at 4pm for three manicures. They completed one of my friends nails and then asked if my other friend and me could wait a half hour. We had already waited 40 mins. Again, we made an appointment for three manicures. Then the lady at the desk said I'm sorry YOU dont have time to get your nails done. We didn't want to wait an hour and ten minutes after our appointment time. read more

I just enjoyed a wonderful pedicure with my mom (count this as 2 reviews because she had a great experience as well!)! Nice, spacious environment, friendly staff, and an incredibly relaxing pedi. The massages were amazing! read more

K Nails - multi color gel nails by knails - Nail Salons Near Me - South Haven, Michigan

Great salon. No complaints. The salon itself is modern and clean and the staff is friendly and very detailed. I definitely recommend it.

If the option to give zero stars I would. I have reserved 5 weeks in advanced six manicures and pedicures. I specifically stated that we had 1.5 hours to get the services completed. The gentlemen on the phone that it would be "no problem." I followed up the week of the appointment and even the DAY of the appt and still "no problem." My group arrived at the salon, and only 3 people were working. After explaining the reservation, they stated that they could do it. After 20 minutes none of the girls out of 6 had been seated and we were on a tight schedule. Finally, I asked if more people were coming to help and they responded No. I then restated the reservation and how I has confirmed that more people would be on hand- no one knew anything about it. I was furious! I had to split up the group and we barely made it out of there on time. They were sloppy and even cut one of my friends so badly that she had to have a band aid on her finger for the wedding!!! DO NOT GO HERE. GO ELSEWHERE. I live in town and I will not be returning and I will warn my friends about not coming to this place!!! read more

No regard whatsoever for appointments. If you can arrive for your appointment, agree to return 2 hours later and then wait some more, they do a nice enough job. read more

Was so excited to take my niece for her first pedicure. We got to this place and they said it would be an hour, so we made an appointment and went to lunch. I called before we came back to make sure they were ready for us, and they assured me they were. When we got there, they were not ready for us, but we thought we would be next so we waited. 20 minutes later we were told it would be another 40 minutes!!! She is 6! We gave up and went and bought nail polish because the other places were closed, but thanks so much to this salon for ruining what should have been a fun day! I would give them 0 stars if I could! read more

Came in with 6 family members and they accomodated all of us with pedicures and did a great job. Very nice too!

They do a nice job but the price of their no-chip mani is high, especially for South Haven. I was in Florida a few weeks ago and got both a no-chip mani and regular pedi for $42 combined. About 6 weeks ago, Top Nails charged me $40 just for the no-chip mani and they only had a quarter of the color selections of the Florida salon. Quality and attentiveness were comparable at both salons so I don't see any justification for their higher price. In fact, the Florida salon had an extra step of having to remove the old no-chip polish. My nails were natural and unpolished when I used Top Nails. They need to reevaluate their pricing for no-chip. read more
