This is the worst nail salon I have ever been too. Keep in mind I paid the same price I pay anywhere. The nails are horrible. Whoever did my nails was in a rush because she saw people kept coming in. I kept asking her if she could plz make the french tip stronger and she ignored me. Also she cut the length of my nails without even confirming with me. Very messy work but I think it was due to being in a rush. Still unfair because at the end of the day WE STILL PAY. French tip was extremely uneven and my nails were left nothing like the picture. 3.5 an ok spot if you bring your own polishes and are ok with no frills. A regular pedicure with callus removal for 25 bucks? That's really not bad at all. They have an autoclave and use single-use bags in the pedicure tub. I'm a fan of sterilized presealed bags of nippers and cuticle pushers. That's just me. I like places that send out their clippers to get cleaned. This spot is ok. They take credit card but tip is cash. You already know I'm going to strongly recommend bringing cash since it's a small service business. Will I come back? Hmm it's a toss up. I'm quite picky. But this worked. read more

Sometimes it's best to say you can't do the nails the client is requesting. I went in for a simple oval shaped gel x with glitter, and they said they could do it. First of all, the nails are very thick and the glue was stuck to my skin. I asked if she could remove the glue from the bottom and she said that it was fine so the nails last longer. Keep in mind at this point the nails are about 1/2 an inch thick. I asked her to make them thinner & she was very upset. She began to AGGRESSIVELY file down my nails with the machine, until she finally made one of my fingers bleed. It took her about to 10 minutes to remove the excess glue (which she said was normal). The service on this place has gone down. I have been coming for years, but it's time to find a NEW NAIL PLACE. read more

Leaving 2 stars cause my feet were a mess and this place is affordable, but it's affordable for a reason! The staff was in a rush to get me out, they were very rough, so much that they left me with little cuts everywhere. Both the manicure and pedicure I got look like I did them at myself at home (and I'm pretty bad at doing my nails). I also got my eyebrows waxed and the wax left some irritation on my skin which has never happened before when waxing my eyebrows anywhere else. Knew there was something off when he used the wrong instrument to RIP off my toenails!! Literally so much force that now I have half a toenail on one of my toes. To add insult to injury I told him to stop bc he wanted to cut that toe nail off and still had the audacity to tell me to pay. Gave the woman in charge the $13 and RAN OUT!!! Yes, they have a $13 pedicure but at what cost to your toes?? STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!! I have half a mind to call the Board of Barbering & Cosmetology and report them!! I asked for coffin shaped nails and the lady that did my nails shaped them squared. The polish job was so bad I had her remove it and re do it because there were lumps in the polish. I wanted a heart drawn on one of my nails and after having her re draw the heart twice I gave up and paid her. The most hideous nail job I ever got in my life. Left here pissed off! The total was $50 I got a regular pedicure, no callus remover, regular polish and one acrylic nail $4 since one was broke. Then I got a full set. Removal $5 he cut my length too short and at this point I was ready to leave half way through my nails.. then proceeds to shaping them hideously.. then proceeds to paint them hideously. Affordable and clean!!! They have been my Go- To nail salon for years. I've learned my lesson to not go anywhere else. I honestly feel like these bad reviews are from people who went during a busy day & received crappy service bc it was a busy day. I love their work, especially from all the women. They're always busy in the afternoon and in weekends, but it's not a surprise because they are affordable. I've been to all the places around the area and they are by far the cleanest. They don't charge you extra for nail polish removal, they give you free scrub, free massage and lotion, they lend you a fan to dry your nail polish. I've gone to many other places where these services are extra $$!!! I hope they continue it! I recommend going in the morning or during the weekdays. read more

I've gone here 4 times now, 3 gel mani and 1 mani/pedi. I was going to a fancier new place up the road but this is just a walk from my house. I go on off hours so it's never too busy (as I work weird shifts as an ER doc). I've had Kim most of the time. She gets my nails just the way I like them (gotta keep them short and square so no stabbing of patients) It's not the most beautiful nail salon, but they use clean materials, have a decent amount of gel color varieties. Everyone is always very nice. I've never had to wait more than 5 minutes. in fact for all those people who comment that its old, they are getting renovated and getting new pedicure chairs this Sunday. I usually go to my lady at tip top nails a few blocks over, but due to timing, I decided to give this place a try. Not only do they not speak English, so they don't understand your request. But the manicurist is just awful, rude, rough, and everything negative that can come from a simple pedicure. They are super clean and sanitary and have various of colors to chose from. The nail techs are very friendly and the salon is very clean. The prices are very reasonable which is always good!
