Husband/wife, we came for pedicures. We opted for the VIP pedicures. We sat in massage chairs, and had excellent service, for like an hour. Both manicurists were friendly, and skilled. They were very good about asking us if pressure was okay, water temperature was okay, etc. the VIP included foot and calve massage, and very good leg and foot scrub, finishing with paraffin wax treatment and very deep moisturizer. She was super gentle (which is appreciated for a sensitive girly like me with a bad skin peeling habit), attention to detail, mindful of checking in with me for my comfort plus nail shape/color. I wanted to try a nail salon that would have more options on natural nails other than gel manicure. I decided to visit this salon to try one of the options they have that the salon closer to me don't. I asked what gel builder gel was and the lady in charge handed me a brochure with the different options they have and the explanation of what each one is. This was very helpful to decide what to get, I went with the gel builder and I love how my nails came out, I love the fact that I don't have to worry about getting gel x remove for a next service and it's my natural nails. I also did an exfoliate pedicure, both ladies that took care of me did a very good job. The place was clean, you can see where their sterilization area is because it is always important to see they really do it. The massage chair was nice to use during my pedicure, I also like the fact that the lady in charge greets you as soon as you walk in and ask you how they can help you instead of being ignored like so many other places. If I could give this place I would give it a 0 stars. The person texting me was so disrespectful. They messed up my nails twice already and I had to keep going back to get them fixed. On top of it the person was so disrespectful and nasty to me. I have all the screenshots. They were blaming me even though they messed up my nails! Refused to give me a refund or another color change because this color is chipping after only having my nails done yesterday. They began to chip an hour after I got them done. Mind you this is the second time I had to go back to get my nails fixed . the first time I got gel x. I will add a picture of that one from last time too. But it's ok we just reported the company to the California business bureau. He is replying saying he didn't say anything bad but he did. He's just acting like the victim. A little late of a post, but I found this place on yelp and saw all the positive reviews. I was in a bit of a nail emergency and I called on my lunch break asking if I could come in after work. The lady who answered told me no problem. I arrived at 615 and for my services I got gel x removal, hard gel on my hands and a gel pedi. I was greeted and helped as soon as I arrived. They were busy with other clients but the man working got started on me and the two ladies working finished my services. They were very nice and took their time! They even had a weekday deal on gel x pedis which was nice. I did not feel rushed even me not leaving till almost 30 mins past closing time. I really appreciated the time they took and the work they did. The shop was clean, the staff was very nice and it was over all a wonderful experience.
