Nice facility and clean, offers complimentary drinks. PedI technician completed the steps out of order had to continue to ask to redo things. Nail shop cannot do free hand designs. Uses stickers in place of. No offense it's 2022 even if you use stickers people are asking for more and having a technician to meet the needs would bring more business. Also, if they do designs it can only be on gel. (Confusing) so either you can or you can't? when I asked for the design on my toe to be facing my body instead the technician her response "she already did it". it's not what I asked for them still proceeded to charge me for no design because they were removed. but she free handed a design on regular polish) Morning after my overlay on my nail has began to fall off and chip having my real nails show-less than 24hrs without any damaging movement. read more

We used to frequent this place, BUT NO MORE!! They have become lazy and non caring. You pay for services the slouch through them and even forget half of the services you pay for. I complained about my service and asked for a discount because the service was totally sub par mainly because she didnt do the services i paid for which in terms is not really asking for a discount. But i was ushered away ordered to pay in full and then rejected of service upon my return to GIVE THEM ONE LAST CHANCE! This boils down to poor management and managing skills. Spend money elsewhere where they will at the very least give you what you pay for. read more

Don't go in at 5:30 on Wednesday's if you are getting a mani/pedi with paraffin wax. And had to ask for the wax service, because I wasn't offered the card with services or a drink. They close at 6:30 and apparently you are inconveniencing the tech to wait for your nails to dry. Left at 6:40 because the tech was standing next to me while under the fan with her jacket on and purse and keys in hand. All this after I gave her a $10 tip. Never again will I go to K Nails. read more

My daughter and I came in for pedicures the other day and I was told adult pedis are $30 and child pedis are $25. After I tipped the technicians, I walked up front and paid $55 by credit card. Two days later, a charge of $65 from K Nails showed up on my bank statement!! That's unacceptable!! I WILL be reporting this business to the Better Business Bureau!!! read more

I had the most horrible experience today at K-Nails. Until today I had been a very loyal customer who tipped extremely well. I arrived at approximately 11:45 because I wanted to get ahead of the crowd. I got out of my car and stood by the door as it neared Noon. A young girl came up right behind me and stood at the door with me. As soon as the " Open" sign was illuminated, I opened the door to go end., but when I opened the door I ALLOWED this young girl to walk ahead of me. I was being polite. She hastened to sign in first. I thought to myself, " No problem. I'm here to see David anyway." I allowed her to sign in first, then I signed in, making sure to request " David" as the technician. I noticed that the young girl had failed to specify her preference on the sign- in sheet NOR did she verbalize a preference to the host/manager, because I was standing right behind her. I never heard her ask for David or anyone else for that matter. I picked out my color and waited to be called back. Soon thereafter, the host/manager called my name and escorted me back to the pedicure station where David was already preparing the water, etc. We greeted each other, ( I've been his client for over 10 years. Before he worked at K-Nails he worked at another nail salon with his wife, Kelly). Just as David was about to begin my service, the manager comes back over with the clipboard, explaining to me that the young girl wanted him to do her nails, and since she was first, he would not be able to do my pedicure. She pointed to where he name was written on the clipboard, but I quickly informed her that I had written his name on the wrong line... but that was my handwriting. The young girl who she was referring to.... the one I held the door for and allowed to walk in first, had NOT requested him until after she had been seated and she looked over and saw that he was about to begin my pedicure. It was very tacky and unprofessional for the manager to come over and pull David away from me, when instead of asking me to choose another technician, the right thing to do would have been to advise the young girl that she would to let someone else do her nails since she didn't specify at the very beginning upon signing in. Like I said, I've been with David for years. His name was " Tom" at the other shop he worked at with his wife. Today he loss a very loyal client and excellent tipper too! If this is how K-Nails treats it's customers, NO THANKS. The manager did not handle the situation appropriately today. As I was voicing my complaint to her, the manager went as far as to make me aware that David was her father. What difference does it make whose father he is??? TOTALLY IRREVERENT. Then she attempted to correct when I stated that I'd been his client for over 10 years, siting that he had only been at K-Nails for 6 years. Unbeknownst to daughter/ manager, I followed David over to K-Nails from his previous employer. So much for a relaxing start to my off day. read more

I asked the woman several times to take the excess acrylic off from underneath the nails. After the second time of asking her to fix them she walked off. I was there for over 90 mins. The guy at checkout offered to fix them but by then I was out of time in my day and irritated. I will never EVER go back read more

I have come to knails since I was in high school which was about 10 years ago even when I moved out of town I would always get my nails done when I was in town, but here lately they haven't been doing such a good job I always get a full set when I go French acrylics. The last couple times I have had nails breaking off before a week is up and nails have lines in them from not being smoothed down good enough. They also don't trim them down as much as asked. I just don't know what's happened I think they've changed owners but they're not at all like I've had in the past today I went to get a repair and the nail is very rough and not at all like it should be. my pedicure was awful, the massage lasted about 2 seconds. my manicure was equally as bad, they rushed through it and the paint looked as if a 10 year old did it. and the polish on my fingers & toes chipped off within a day. they wouldn't take my coupon from a local magazine because they were already running a 20% off special, but I have never seen that special NOT be running, I think they use that to get people in. the salon is nice and clean, but deceiving compared to the service. read more

They may be ok if you go by yourself but they don't know how to handle a group. I called a week in advance for 4 mani/pedis for before a wedding. Called to reconfirm the day of. But when we showed up they didn't have room for us all at the same time. Which defeats the purpose of getting our nails done together. Would not recommend. read more

I have been going to K Nails for well over a year and let bed the shop. It is clean and always received good service. I have used Lisa to do my nails the majority of the time I have gone there. She did an excellent job on my nails. Very particular that nails were done correctly. I had been noticing that the atmosphere in the shop was changing. Always very crowded and they started making you sign a list to get service. The wait time began increasing and it always felt like everyone was rushed. I went in a few weeks ago and it was very crowded as usual. I asked for Lisa and was told she was not there that day. Two different people did pedicure and shellac. I noticed there were several new technicians. I did not get a good shellac or pedicure. I went in again today and Lisa was not there. Everyone there with the exception of 2 people were all new. The personal that did my nails was awful. He really didn't speak to me except to order me to do things or tell me no. When he did my pedicure he barely applied any lotion and certainly didn't do a foot massage like normal. When he did my nails, he did not do a good job on filing them. Put the base coat on only 2 nails. When he had me put hands under the lights he told me to leave them for 2 cycles. I told him that I did not want to do that because it was bad for your nails he made an issue throughout the entire process of me using the light through 2 cycles even though I told him I did not want to. I have shellac all over my cuticles and he barely put lotion on my hands only and did not use the hot towel at the end of the manicure which is part of their normal manicure. I asked about Lisa and was told she no longer worked there. This place has gone down hill fast and I will never go back. read more
