If I could give this place zero stars I would! I had the most awful experience EVER! The communication here is TERRIBLE! I called and spoke to who I believe was Anna, I asked her if they offered dip polish or hard gel as one of their services. She told me yes, I then told her my nails are natural and that I want to soak the dip polish off of my real nails. She said ok no problem, when can you come? So I set an appointment time up and went. When I arrived at the salon, I checked in at the desk give my name and that I was here for my appointment. Which was soak off the current dip polish , trim my nails down and a new set of gel polish on top of my natural nails. Once I was seated I then AGAIN reiterated that to Linda the nail tech word for word. I knew something wasn't right when Linda did not soak off the dip polish I had on, that's normally routine at previous nail salons I've gone too. Verses cutting my nails down first and then prying my nails off with a nail instrument. She then cut my pinky nail down even shorter than grabbed the tip box and says "this is what I have to do if you want tips" I said I don't want tips! And I didn't ask for them! I then said why would I cut down my real nails to get tips? Linda then said you need to communicate with me, I told her I did tell you exactly what I wanted. I even showed you these were my real nails and you said ok. Linda then stated the owner said full set, I told Linda it doesn't matter what the owner said when I communicated with you when I said down. However Linda came up with an agreement on how to proceed to do my nails. She decided to do hard gel onlay with extensions so that I can have some length. I agreed picked out a color and anticipated to see how they looked when she was done. They were ok but I have no intentions on being back. I also felt like my service should've been discounted due to my nail tech not listening to how I wanted my nails done. I feel like that's the least they can do, especially when no one bothered to apologize for what happened.

I was very pleased with my recent gel manicure. I showed my nail tech a photo and she was able to recreate all the designs almost exactly. This set cost $55 which I thought was very reasonable considering I had multiple colors, different designs on each nail, and charms. It was also a pretty quick appointment- took about 45 minutes but I came with bare nails so that's saved some time.

The nail tech charged me $60 for a gel fill , replaced 2 nails which was fine but as far as I know they are $ 5 extra each which would be $55! Second, I told her I wanted them short but she didn't take them down enough. Third, she was rough with the heavy duty file and left 2 cuts on my pinky finger! Seriously?? You can't do what you want you're supposed to do what the customer wants!!! Wth. I will never go back there again.

I typically get there early they are pretty fast and do great work not to mention they are so sweet and helpful.

I had an awful experience at K Nails Bridgewater. I showed the nail tech EXACTLY how I wanted my nails to look multiple times, yet she completely messed them up how do you mess up a simple black duck French tip. When I pointed out the issues, everyone in the salon acted as if there was nothing wrong and tried to gaslight me into thinking they looked fine. After a lot of back and forth, they made me wait over an hour to fix their mistake, and to top it off, they OVERCHARGED me! The lack of professionalism and customer service is shocking. I do not recommend this place at all--save your money and go somewhere that values their customers and does quality work!

This is my second time coming to K nails after discontinuing my 10 year relationship with my previous salon/nail tech, and I think I've found my new nail home! I am very particular about my nail shape and usually get simple designs with a little razzle dazzle here and there and K Nails delivered! I showed my design inspiration both times and it was executed to perfection. They have a wide array of nail colors (a whole wall full) and well as chrome, matte, and dip powder options. The salon is clean, and I've noticed the nail techs really focus on the client in front of them without talking over them to each other. From what I can see, all the nail techs do good work, so you'll be good with anyone here.

Kim is just THE BEST. I'm very picky about the cuticles. I always want them to look nice. I've been to so many places that does the extensions but keep it very far from the cuticles which I hate it. When I got at K nails, I told Kim exactly what is my frustration and what I was expecting to be done. She did THE JOB! I mean, the best JOB! I did the acrylic and she made them look so real.

I am in town for a wedding and needed a mani/pedi. Started off with a solid pedicure but their polish is a bit thin and didn't end up looking great. Then I moved to the disappointing gel manicure. He only soaked the gel for 5 minutes so of course it didn't come off. He proceeded to use an electric nail file and filed the crap out of my natural (normally strong) nails. After he finally got my old gel off, he quickly shaped my nails and completely neglected my cuticles. No soaking and pushing back my cuticles, just started slapping some new gel on my nails. There are so many bumps on my nails and uneven polish.

The space is clean and service is good! Anna is not only an amazing nail tech but also a really kind and genuine person!!

The employee was sweet but the actual service was terrible. I don't know what brand or gel they use but it's not a good one. The first nail chipped the next day it was small but still had a chip. Then I went to a pool party nothing crazy and the chip had become bigger and on another nail. I am not one to give a bad review to anyone but this was ridiculous I've never experienced a gel manicure disintegrate so quick! The only reason I went there is because my usual spot was fully booked...now I know just to stick to what I know when it comes to nails or deal with chipped nails after 3 days.

I found this place through a mutual friend. I def would recommend coming here, I really needed to get my nails filled in and was looking for a spot around me especially since I just moved into the area. Nail tech Hai worked on my nails and I really enjoyed it. He was detailed oriented and took his time to do my nails. It was very professional and clean. I definitely will be coming back

Came to K nails for first time. DO NOT recommend. Bad environment. Most employees have a negative demeanor. Trying to charge 10 fee for cuticle push back with drill additional to manicure charge. Then pushing back cuticle with bare dirty nail instead of clean tool. One employee walked away and another took over again with negative demeanor. Ended up with acrylic powder stuck under my nails. Ana the manager was not helpful, no apology nor discount was offered for the terrible experience.

My nails were shaped perfectly, my cuticles were treated exactly how I wanted them, and my Halloween designs are on point! I was skeptical about coming here after reading some of the other reviews, but I am so glad I did not listen! Everyone was super friendly, my nails came out perfect, and all of the Covid guidelines are being followed.
