The two ladies who did our pedicures were friendly and attentive. I hate I forgot their names. Overall good experience the first time. 2nd experience. I got my nails done. It was bad. Shape was awful and color was blotchy (I'll insert picture) but they made it right and Peter fixed the issue. My last experience today 7/10/25 which will be my final visit. I was sat with Kevin. I showed him what I wanted which was a French tip with an high arch. Everything was going good until he got to the French tip. I told him I wasn't satisfied because he wasn't doing what I requested. He was doing a fine white line across no arch. It looked bad. He kept trying and trying. I could tell he was frustrated with me. So Ivey was called to finish my nails. When I moved to her chair she didn't say one word to me. I could tell she already had an attitude with me. I showed her a picture of what I wanted-- she didn't even acknowledge me showing her the picture. I should have just stopped her there and told her to soak off my nails since she was giving me attitude. But I let her finish. She did what I requested and I was satisfied with the French tip. (I'll insert a picture of this as well) When she was done she just got up and walked away. Didn't say sorry for the inconvenience, have a good day, thank you for your visit. Nothing. She got up and walked away. I will never go back, the attitude that Ivey gave me was awful. To be frustrated with a paying customer because I spoke up about a service I wasn't satisfied with shouldn't warrant an attitude. If I'm paying for a service (that's not cheap) I expect for a service to be done right. Ivey's attitude today disgusted me and they lost a customer. I will never go back.

They weren't too happy that I was there during a very busy hour. And I was there to fix their mistakes which was an inconvenience for me to drive back the very next day. No worries I'll just deal with it but the nail tech that was helping me was so rude and just not happy . She attempted to paint over the chipped nail and rushed me out the door. Let's not forget how ugly it now looked and when you pay $60 you want what you paid for. I ended up approaching the manager Cindy and she didn't even acknowledge how Bad it looked and the fact that I was walking out very dissatisfied. I definitely don't recommend this nail salon to any of my military friends anymore.

I was expecting a semi fade from short (back) to long (front). I even told Jamie I'm letting her as a styltest to undo my rat nest of hair. Even the sides being shaved we talked about doing a 1 to a fade to a 2 but she obv didn't feel comfortable doing that....a basic fade so we went with an over all 1 I ended up with a legit reverse mullet (picture shown). I showed my coworkers and even tho I laughed it off they even were mad for me. As a stylist you thought a reverse nullet was ok?!? Idk if it was bad communication or she was scared to work on my hair or what.... $52 (with a tip) for shaved sides and a trim....a basic men's hair cut..... I knew I should have gone to a barber who could have done the SAME JOB but better as well for cheaper. I think that this might not be a fair review but I went for eyelash extensions and left having a…read morepanic attack. I have had eyelash extensions done 2 times before at a nail salon in Hawaii. The salon had a room with a pillow, that was dimly lit and music was playing. I ended up falling asleep during my first eye lash extensions experience it was so peaceful. At Mai's: I was uncomfortable, I don't remember if they have music playing or not but the fluorescent lighting and hospital feel made me SO uncomfortable. I was lying there, trying to get comfortable when I felt like I was going to pass out (I think I was clenching my body because I was trying to be still but also get comfortable) Well, I asked if I could get up and stupid me didn't realize I couldn't open my eyes (because they are like taped down or something) and I ended up freaking out. I don't think it was the girls fault that was doing them but it's not the most comfortable procedure, and not being able to open your eyes/having someone right in your face is claustrophobic. They need to renovate. It feels like a hospital. Have 2 stars because the lady was very kind.
