I use to be a regular here but they lost me and some of my friends as regular clients. After getting a gel manicure which didn't even last 48 hours I went back to get a quick fix. They weren't too happy that I was there during a very busy hour. And I was there to fix their mistakes which was an inconvenience for me to drive back the very next day. No worries I'll just deal with it but the nail tech that was helping me was so rude and just not happy . She attempted to paint over the chipped nail and rushed me out the door. Let's not forget how ugly it now looked and when you pay $60 you want what you paid for. I ended up approaching the manager Cindy and she didn't even acknowledge how Bad it looked and the fact that I was walking out very dissatisfied. I definitely don't recommend this nail salon to any of my military friends anymore. read more

I hesitate to write this review because I am a small business owner and I know companies (usually) thrive or die based on consumer feedback. However, I tried calling the shop to see if they could make things right and, like the service itself, the encounter fell flat. To start, I came into town to visit my sister as she just moved here a few months ago. We wanted to spend the day together, starting with pedicures to relax after a long week. My sister worked with a woman and someone named "Johnny" performed my service - I put his name in air quotes because during small talk he would frequently lie about things such as his age, ethnicity, and where the spots on his arm came from (he shared an elaborate story about saving someone from a fire and then said "haha just joking, it's psoriasis." The age and ethnicity was one thing (perhaps just playful banter as it were), but lying about being a hero? That's not cool. From there, "Johnny" proceeded to flirt (which I again viewed as playful banter and didn't pay it any mind), but then things got weird. Not only did the lying increase, he also wanted to know if I was on Tinder, SnapChat, or any social media for that matter. After sharing that I wasn't, he made comments about "oh man I'm never gonna see you again, am I?" Once again, I brushed this off and kept trying to have a conversation with my sister because I was growing increasingly uncomfortable. From there, "Johnny" started joking about how he had his work cut out for him because my feet were "so bad." So much so that he could "skip arm day from the workout he was getting." He then very dramatically used the buffer on my feet and feigned exhaustion to get a laugh out of my sister and I. We laughed, of course... because it was ridiculous behavior. No woman (or man for that matter - no judgement) should ever have to feel insecure about any part of their body - especially when they are making a deliberate effort to take care of themselves. It should be noted that the polish on two toes is sloppy and there is still a considerable about of dead skin on the bottoms of my feet (mind you, I just had a pedicure a few months ago and I frequently perform "at home" care). Here's where things got really weird. As "Johnny" was rubbing my legs, he was making very long (somewhat sensual and slow) strokes. He then looked up and asked me, "does that feel good" in a low voice. He proceeds, "you're lucky you got me today, huh?" I asked him if he speaks to all the women like this (doing my best to give him a hint that whatever he was trying wasn't working on me) and he said "only the ones he vibes with" and that "he likes to make his clients feel good." After taking some time to reflect on the experience, my sister decided to call and explain the situation. On the first call, she explained everything to Brian and he apologized. After realizing this didn't make up for the unprofessional service, she called again and asked for a refund. He refused and said he could have someone else fix the pedicure. Now incredibly frustrated by the lack of consideration, I called and explained everything again and asked for a full refund. Brian again refused and offered a hollow apology and said that the guy ("Johnny") was new. Expressing that this didn't make up for the service I received, he got very short and said, in essence, "you can have a gift certificate or we can redo the service, we are not refunding you" in a very "take it or leave it" tone. While I accept partial responsibility for not speaking up during or immediately after the service (primarily because I was honestly so embarrassed and uncomfortable that I was just ready to get out of there), management had an opportunity to make things right, and they didn't. Think about it, what if a young woman/girl came in and received the same treatment - would a gift certificate or a "re-do" genuinely make up for what she experienced? read more

Absolutely loved! New to the area and tried two other places in the past two months. Was not thrilled with either. Based on reviews and a recommendation, I tried Cindy's. Pedicure and a manicure, with dip nails. I was so impressed. I read a few reviews that said they were dirty and crowded. Had no issue with the cleanliness! The bowls were covered with a plastic wrap seal and cleaned immediately. Everything that was used was clean sterilized Pedicure chairs were newer, and clean. And great massage in the chair! On to the manicure. So detailed and really relaxing. I had originally thought I'd have just a regular manicure but opted for the dipped nails. Headed to a graduation and needed neutral. I use to go here frequently, and never had any issue. Within the past month or so I have come across the issue of their pricing. Their prices have gone from reasonable to the point of questioning the cost before they begin services. I normally get acrylic or dip nails-full set use to be $30-35. Today I went in to get a full set put on and was charged $50 for the same set of nails he use to charge me $35. There are not set prices or brochures anymore to question their pricing, so please be cautious of the increased prices. I have also noticed if I don't tip as much as I normally do (mainly because the nails are not how I want them) they charge me way more the next time I come in for the same service. I'm writing the review for others to call and ask for a price before making the appointment, as I've noticed their pricing has changed like this within the last 3 visits. read more

I love the nail technicians at this business, the owner however is rather rude. I have a young lady that usually does my nails, when I came last week she was on vacation. I had difficulty remembering the color she usually uses. I asked for help and was immediately spoken to in a rude manner(by Ms Cindy). I was told how should they know what color and I should know. All I asked for was help figuring out a color, nothing big. I picked a random color and the lady and young man who did my nails were very kind. I called the owner a couple days later to let her know how rude her remarks and tone were and that I was very upset about her mannerism( I did not want to make a scene infront of customers when I was there, nor did I want to leave a bad review online). She was just as rude on the phone as she was in her place of business. I am sorry, I loved getting my nails done there, but there is no way I will be returning. read more

So, disappointed! I went to Cindy Nails and asked for a full set of acrylic nails in a mountain peak shape. The woman that greeted me checked about four times saying over and over "Do you want acrylic?" I said yes and the woman then asked me why I didn't want gel. I started to feel uneasy. She continued to press me on why I didn't want gel. I explained that I prefer acrylic and that I've had it for years and was happy with it. But I thanked her for the offer. She just stared at me and I had the feeling she wanted me to give her a reason as to why I didn't want the gels. So, I explained due to work I needed to have my acrylics removed and nails shortened for a project I was working on but it was finished and I wanted to have acrylics again. She huffed and passed me off to a man named Brian and he asked me again if I wanted gel. I repeated that I wanted acrylic and the mountain shape and he said okay. When I sat down at his station I asked about the display to my right and he explained that those are solar nails and a combination of acrylic and gel. He said that he thought that would be a good option for me and I agreed. They were really pretty. As he started to build the nail I noticed it was square and long and I said that I really don't prefer square tips...and asked if could he make them into a mountain peak or oval. He then said he didn't want to do that because he thought my nails should be even longer for that shape. The nails looked great at this point so I figured even though it is not what I wanted, I could live with it until my nails were a little longer. So, I agreed to the shape. The end result was beautiful nails. I didn't like the shape but I figured maybe when I go back for the fill he will feel it's long enough to change. When I returned a few weeks later, I was greeted by another woman. She asked me what I wanted and I told her a fill for the solar nails. She argued with a few of the people sitting behind her over who would do my nails. She clearly didn't want to do them. I spoke up and said I could come back if Brian wasn't in. The woman protested and said no that she could do my nails. She asked me why I didn't want gels or full acrylics. I explained that I liked how my nails looked and I'd prefer the solar. After all it was their staff that suggested them. She shrugged and I picked my new color and she agreed to change the shape. I was thrilled. Then the woman began to do the fill. She began to file the nail down and I noticed she wasn't really removing the previous color. And at the cuticle she failed to file down the part of the acrylic enough so there wouldn't be a significant demarcation line. I tried not to get concerned. I thought maybe it would be covered when she added the fill. Nope. She dumped way too much fill onto the nail it was all uneven. But I still thought when she went to file them it could be fixed. I wanted to give her the chance before saying something. Well she did file them and it was all lumpy with bumps afterwards and the demarcation was really evident. I asked her if she could file it down a bit and fix it. The woman then became irate and started to lecture me in front of the other customers about what it's like to have solar or acrylic nails. This wasn't my first time with acrylics, I explained calmly but she only grew more upset. She then said I should have just got gel. At this point I was really done. I thanked her for the suggestion but explained it's not what I wanted. I asked her to remove the nails and she huffed and complained that the process would be too long...20 min. I told her that was fine. She then started to talk to the others saying she didn't think I went to Brian for my nails and that must have gone to Happy Nails. I stayed quiet and said nothing. I didn't want to argue or make her more upset. I just wanted the nails removed properly. She removed my nails but didn't clean off any of the melted glue from the tips or acrylic debris. By the end the melted glue from the tips had hardened under my my nails and caused my nail to stick to my fingers. She didn't offer to fix my nails or to put on an full acrylic set. At this point I just wanted to leave. I grabbed my purse and headed to the register. She then charged me for the mistake she make on my nails and the removal of the nails. It was a rip off. In the end I went to another salon and it took the technician nearly an hour to remove all the left over junk from my nails and the botched removal from this place. Cindy Nails is beautiful shop and clean but they only seem interested in doing gel nails. Their customer service truly leaves something to be desired. It shouldn't be THAT hard to get acrylics. I really wanted this to be my nail salon. My advice is to save your money and go elsewhere. Why spend money to be pressured into something that you only partially want or that they can't even do correctly? With this salon appearances are deceiving! Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. read more

14 minutes of the worst pedicure ever. At $40?!? I believe the nail tech was hungry bc she made reference to the people eating in the back. I questioned the length of the pedicure and was told well we have different kinds. 14 minutes tho?!? And that includes the time it took to fill up the basin. (Add 8 minutes for the gel polish to dry.... and she didn't even allow the full time to complete on the light.) lol. I went and got dip on my nails and by the next day two nails had cracked. I went back and they fixed the two nails. Four days later all but one of my nails had cracked. I went back and one of the workers started fixing my nails. He said that perhaps the nails weren't dry enough when the final coat had been put on. After he drilled at put the aceitone on them I was asked by the owner to move to another seat to wait. A new client then sat down with my nail tech and started getting her nails done. I waited thinking maybe she had an appointment and perhaps the next free guy would take me next. Nope, he started doing a pedicure on someone else who had just walked in the door. I had been sitting there for at least 30 minutes. So I checked my nails and all the dip was off so I walked out the door and will never go back. Apparently they are only interested in paying customer, not customers who have to come back in twice after bad work has been done. read more

I moved here from Portland, OR and had a nail shop there that I loved. Nail salons are like hair salons, finding the right people is always a challenge. On a side note, most nail salons around the county are run by Asians, obviously a different culture. The experience at EVERY nail place I've had is you walk in the door EVERYONE turns around and stares then asks you what you want. That kind of "greeting" is normal. At Le Nails they were so welcoming! A true Southern experience! The gentleman gave me a pedicure did a fantastic job with my nails, they are perfect, not to mention a fab foot and calf massage. I will def be coming back for a shellac manicure and another pedi in a few weeks. You will not be disappointed :) read more

Love this place!! One of the best pedicures I've ever had! They are extremely courteous and actually try to get to know you on a personal level if you come in as a regular, or even a semi regular. I try to make it in every three weeks, seeing as how I never get chipped nails from here and am always extremely satisfied, I only go when my nails are getting a little too long. They have an excellent nail polish selection, reasonable prices, and amazing massage chairs. They are always quick to offer you a beverage and the wait time is very minimal, even without an appointment and on there busiest days I can generally get seated within ten minutes, due to their extreme efficiency, but I never feel skimped on and always leave happy. read more

She and John are a trip and there's always lively convo, story swapping and witty banter flying around. Le Nails is now Cindy Nails and they are wonderful! I went today and got a pedicure done by Lily. Lily was very friendly and did a wonderful job. Everyone seemed really great though. The owner, Cindy, was very friendly as well and she and Lily both thanked me for my business before I left. I did not make an appointment, but I did call thirty minutes before to make sure they weren't busy. I do recommend calling before or making an appointment, because they got really busy right after I came in. I will be back to Cindy Nails. read more

Terrible customer service. I purchased a gift certificate for my wife. She misplaced it and found it one month after the listed expiration date. Cindy refused to honor it. We found three other certificates from other local spas/salons--they all honored them, even one that was expired by almost a year. There went $70.00. They won't get any more of our money. read more
