My fiancé was nicked while getting his nails trimmed and his skin (on the side of his foot) was rubbed to the point of bleeding. I asked for one service, was given a service I did not ask for and didn't want to go through the hassle starting over. Communication of prices/services was not accurate and there was no attempt to make it right when addressed. This was our first and very last time patronizing and I highly encourage others to choose another salon.

As for the full set, my nails were popping off by day SEVEN. Normally, my acrylics last for about 3 weeks before I have to go in and get a full or new set. Really upset about this given I spent $85 on the entire experience, but it is what it is. I will probably not be coming back to this salon as I didn't feel like I got my money's worth. Staff is very friendly, but needs work on the services they are providing.

She sloppily put nail glue on my nails and then slapped on the acrylics. Next she put whatever it was on unevenly it felt very rushed. When it got to painting it was alr but she didn't paint the full nail. There are a lot of air bubbles in them. When it was time for the design she messed up multiple times and tried to paint over it. It was a mess eventually I told her to not worry about the design. When she was done I noticed there was nail glue around all my fingers and she was like oh I'll clean it up so I was like ok.
