I had to ask for mine to be shortened three times and they're still too long (they're not accustomed to military I think). Took to my seat. On the look on the inside it is a pretty beautiful salon. I had hard building gel with tips on did by myself I'm a licensed cosmetologist from Florida moved here a month ago wanted to see if I could find a job soon. But by the time I state down to having my Gel X on. The products were dirty gel polishes looked like they were never cleaned. Gel lights were never cleaned or replaced they had gel and anything caked on everything. It was not what I was thinking this salon would be customer service was great but the proper way of applying and asking if the customer wants their nails if they wanted a pointer stiletto nails. I asked for a simple gel x long stiletto set that is black and red. I'm fine with the ombré I get those are tough to do. But the nails are more of a shinny almond. The extra gel that was applied to the nails underneath the nail was not drilled off. I've seen multiple times in my day doing nails that they would drill that off. I had to redo the whole set in a different shape and a basic color because it was no saving the design that was done. I feel like these nail techs are not properly trained on doing basic nail art and with them running out of their necessities to work this job like lint free wipes is really crazy to me. In my opinion of doing nails and having my own press on business they need more training either the boss of this store needs to close the store and find someone who like the products they use to have someone come down there and train them on the proper way of working with these products. I'm really not impressed with this salon dirty gel polish bottles gel lights. Not taking the time to ask questions to see if I wanted them more tapered in which is a stiletto is. First picture is what I wanted the black with red ombré others are what I got they didn't even have a dark red their color section was really lacking. The red see it what I did what I had to fix once I got to my house.

He was very quick and efficient with my full set and even though we didn't make any conversation, he was very nice. The spa is clean and maintained, well-lit. It was $45 for a gel full set with coffin shape, well worth it to me. I told Ryan that I would be back after I saw some of the designs he had done on some nails at his station. Odd, but maybe a new technique. immediately after, she dried my feet then was about to polish my toes.I asked if she was going do take care of my cuticles, she said I didn't need them done? Wait, what? She had never buffed my toenails, the tips look like they are jagged. I stopped her at that point. She was not going to finish the job as was expected, she was only going to paint over toenails that were not prepped. The owner/manager, was no help. Complete disregard of client. I tried to keep a low voice bc I didn't want to cause a scene, she was loud asking "no polish"? And I was like no just let me out of here. The manager charged me full price which was ridiculous, but I paid it bc they had the other clients staring. Never again. The entire experience was HORRIBLE and at the end embarrassing.
