I had hard building gel with tips on did by myself I'm a licensed cosmetologist from Florida moved here a month ago wanted to see if I could find a job soon. But by the time I state down to having my Gel X on. The products were dirty gel polishes looked like they were never cleaned. Gel lights were never cleaned or replaced they had gel and anything caked on everything. It was not what I was thinking this salon would be customer service was great but the proper way of applying and asking if the customer wants their nails if they wanted a pointer stiletto nails. I asked for a simple gel x long stiletto set that is black and red. I'm fine with the ombré I get those are tough to do. But the nails are more of a shinny almond. The extra gel that was applied to the nails underneath the nail was not drilled off. I've seen multiple times in my day doing nails that they would drill that off. I had to redo the whole set in a different shape and a basic color because it was no saving the design that was done. I feel like these nail techs are not properly trained on doing basic nail art and with them running out of their necessities to work this job like lint free wipes is really crazy to me. In my opinion of doing nails and having my own press on business they need more training either the boss of this store needs to close the store and find someone who like the products they use to have someone come down there and train them on the proper way of working with these products. I'm really not impressed with this salon dirty gel polish bottles gel lights. Not taking the time to ask questions to see if I wanted them more tapered in which is a stiletto is. First picture is what I wanted the black with red ombré others are what I got they didn't even have a dark red their color section was really lacking. The red see it what I did what I had to fix once I got to my house.

I arrived at around 11:30am on a Saturday and was greeted and seated right away. Ryan, the nail tech, got to work on my desperate nails and stepped away for a second to get more colors for me to look at. He was very quick and efficient with my full set and even though we didn't make any conversation, he was very nice. The spa is clean and maintained, well-lit. It was $45 for a gel full set with coffin shape, well worth it to me. I told Ryan that I would be back after I saw some of the designs he had done on some nails at his station. Also, he took the time to clean up and file down the acrylic that tends to gather under the nails, which not a lot of nail tech's do unless you ask. Definitely coming back!

I can't speak to gel but they have a dip which my wife likes. So here's my white male review. Fwiw The wait time was short. The pedicure I received was great. They also had an option for an additional foot massage and I opted for the 30 minute massage that surprisingly included a great calf massage. The place is clean and the staff was very courteous and I made sure I looked around to see if anyone else had a different experience. Everyone was having a peaceful time and I recommend this place. As my history shows it is hard for me to rate anywhere with 5 stars. This place based on my wife and I deserves 5 stars. We did inquire and the ownership appears to have changed since 1 year ago. This place should be visited.
