Dr. Baker performed my breast augmentation in 2002. I'll never forget what he said at the end of my…read moreconsultation, "I'm not going to do your surgery." I was so shocked! I asked why and he looked me in the eyes and said, "Nothing I do is going to make him [my husband] happy." My husband had tried to take over my appointment and Dr. Baker was looking out for ME! I swore to Dr. Baker that the surgery is what *I* wanted. He relented and its been over 13 years since. Dr. Baker gave me new breasts, I found a new husband, and I gained a much more confident outlook on my life! He did such an amazing job, NO ONE CAN TELL I'VE HAD BREAST AUGMENTATION. Today, during a routine breast exam, my provider remarked on the beautiful scars (because you can hardly see them!) It made me think of Dr. Baker. I feel he truly cared about my mental health more than my body image. He was honestly going to elect to DENY my surgery than possibly provide a service that could have done me harm, mentally. He is the expert and I have never had any issues. Its been over a decade and I still remember how, after my surgery, Dr. Baker himself came to check on me and assured me that I could stay (in hospital) for as long as I needed before going home. His follow ups were just as kind. Thank you, Dr. Baker.

while dr. baker does do some nice looking work in regards to breast augmentations and it's at an…read moreaffordable price, i cannot recommend this place. i drove here from atlanta. i have never felt so judged in my life in a doctor's office. first off, dr. baker was incredibly rude to me. he did not seem to care about any questions i had. i got one word answers. he gave me the attitude of 'how dare i come in for an appointment'! he simply took one look and decided what size and type implants i was getting, regardless of what i actually wanted. then, he had the nerve to call one of my body piercings an abomination. yes, an abomination! i can't imagine what a woman going through a breast cancer mastectomy or a woman with tuberous breasts would feel being spoken to like that! the nerve! i was told to take the piercing out and not see him for 6 months. not only is this unnecessary, the way i was treated was incredibly rude and unprofessional. i'll be honest, i don't fit the description of what people wold expect for someone who gets a breast augmentation. i'm somewhat of a tomboy, and, yes, i do partake in activities that are usually reserved for men. however, a variety of women get this procedure, not just 'nice little housewives', which seems to be the only patients he wants!

Please look elsewhere. My girlfriend had her breasts augmented months ago and today was her 6…read moremonth follow up. Her breast have "bottomed out" per the doctor. (They have both dropped dramatically) She is completely unhappy with her surgery. She is a healthy 28 year old with no medical conditions. She and I both understand that there are risks associated with cosmetic surgery but this is more than just a small imperfection. The doctor said for an ADDITIONAL $6000 he could go back and try and fix his botched job . Not only would we have to pay again, but one would have to be an idiot to trust the doctor to fix what he messed up to begin with. There was no resolution other than "sorry for your bad luck". Again, I beg you to look elsewhere. The quote below is taken DIRECTLY from his site where it he admits her problem could be from the original placement of the implant. " Bottoming Out This is a problem that can happen if one or both implants "bottom out" or drop too low. Sometimes this is a placement issue from the original surgery. To correct this, a different placement approach may be considered" From this are we believe that some other extenuating circumstance just happened to both implants? Or would any rational person surmise that they were incorrectly placed to begin with. Keep in mind that this is how they have been since just a few short weeks in. My post is meant to inform, there was NO attempt made to work out a deal or formulate a plan.... Simply handed her an estimate of $6000. PLEASE reconsider! It's easy to read reviews of people who had "good luck". WHAT REALLY matters is when things don't go as planned, how is that doctor going to work out a plan to reconcile or to fix what issues may arise. This Doctor will simply hand you an estimate and a "sorry about your luck" PLEASE RECONSIDER.
