I currently had acrylic on my toes and I wanted them removed and I wanted a fresh set. Somewhere along the way it was misinterpreted that I just wanted the acrylic removed and they were very rude about it and then charged me an extra $20 because they had already put gel on one of my feet. I totally understand the lost product and that is fine because I should've said something sooner, but $20 is insane. The guy that was drilling the acrylic off was very heavy-handed and rough. I left with scraped cuticles. I also told him that my toenails were very sensitive and it just seemed like he did not listen to me at all. So $60 later I left with a pedicure and destroyed nailbeds.

I definitely recommend this place if you need your nails done.

We will go elsewhere to have her nails touched up in three weeks. Where it won't cost as much and maybe with better results.
