Entire staff are awesome and in my case, very patient. Love how Mia shaped and tinted my brows. Also, loving my tiger nails. Thank you Ms. Ann. read more

This was my second time coming here and it was pretty good. I got my eyebrows done by Mai and I love how they turned out! She gave me a tour around the salon and I was shocked to see how nice the back rooms were. There is an entire room towards the back of the salon with really nice pedicure chairs and what you would expect when going to a nail salon, chandeliers, fancy lighting, people getting pedicures. Normally I go to the nail salon by the Publix in Enterprise but this salon has a much nicer setup! Don't let the drab looks of the lobby deter you. Also although it's not on their price list they also offer microblading for $400. read more

I honestly love this place as it's a one stop shop!! I've been going here for a about a year!!! I went on August 6th and had to go back 2 days later because the tip of one of my nails broke off!!! Gwen my nail tech charged me 5 to repair that nail, I felt it was a problem with her foundation ! I told her that she simply said that wasn't her problem that my nail BROKE 2 days LATER!! The funny thing is she had another customer to service for the same issue!! FYI I paid 190 just for a fill and and pedi!! read more

Great service , very attentive and the place is always clean when I'm here. LE was amazing . Literally one of the BEST pedicures I've had. She took her time and she was very patient with the process. Typically places around here rush and get you out quickly but I appreciate her time and how gentle she was. If you do get manicures I recommend Anthony, great customer service and he does a great job. read more

So I would like to start this off by saying I do love TM nail bar. I would highly recommend you only go see Jessica because I've had a very poor experience with the "nail technician" named "Tammy or Miss Tammy". A friend and I went to get our nails done and asked her if she was able to do the design that we liked she said "yes", but what she should've said was no. Upon completing my friends set of nails we both agreed that it didn't look anything like the design we asked for it was missing key components the lines were chunky and uneven and the colors were bleeding into each other. My friend kindly asked the front desk if there is any way for her to take the design off or paint over it because she didn't like the way it came out. While she sorted that out at the front desk I proceeded to get mine done. I requested that she did not do the design because I didn't like the way it came out on my friends. The rest of the interaction with the nail technician was quite unpleasant. She did not communicate with us at all when we asked her to correct certain things like the way and it was shaped or to add extra polish she would disagree with us and tell us it didn't need to be done even though we asked for it to be done. In the end when my friend went to pay for her nails they wanted to charge her for the length of her nails (which she asked them to shorten them and the lady told her no because the design would look better with long nails even though my friend kept asking for them to be shorter) and for the design and for the takeoff of the design. I told the lady at the front desk I don't think that she should have to pay full price for a design that got taken off because your technician said she could do it but she actually couldn't. She said she could only take five dollars off and that was all they could do. I am not here to fully bash this business because I have been before and I've had great customer service with Jessica and all the other employees except for this one lady. 'Miss Tammy' These are just my thoughts, feelings, and opinions on my experience this time around. I hope you can take some thing away from this and definitely give Jessica a shot! In the end I do hope they see this so they can potentially prevent things like this happening in the future. read more

This place looked sketchy depending on which entrance you come in. I walked in from the barbershop side so I wasn't sure where the nail salon area was until a lady that works there approached us. I went in for a new set of dip powder manicure. I had a gentleman who started the process with removing my old set using a sandwich baggy instead of a bowl. After that, a different gentleman called me over to his workstation. He then picks up where the other gentleman left off. The problem I had with this place was that the 2nd gentleman that took over was very rough, rushed through and did a terrible job. Every time I would switch hands, he would yank my hand. Then he started the process of dipping my fingers into the powder and would file my nails and leave the particles from the filing he just did onto my nails and apply the clear coat over all of that. Finally I went and washed my hands and my nails looked horrendous. He chipped couple of nails that he just dipped and my nails were covered with white particles from all the filing he just did. I told him and he tried to fix it but it was just getting worst and worst. He asked if I liked them repeatedly and as much as I wanted to tell him no, I just wanted to leave bc it wasn't going to get any better. I've already been there for few hours. My nails look like I have pink with white specs with bubble look to it. Very dissatisfied! I will never go back here again! Once was enough. I only went bc my friend wanted to try a different place. read more

This place is the literal embodiment of the what I asked for vs what I got meme. People were friendly but don't expect to see who you asked for. I had a 2pm with Jessica but John asked if he could do my nails since he had time. As soon as he got started his 2pm appointment walked in. Two other women with appointments also later showed up only to be left waiting. And then a regular walked in marching around the place basically begging for someone to do her toes. I only assume she's a regular because she was calling everyone by their first names but name tags aren't worn. The general shape of my nails were right but they were chunky. The entire design was wrong. The designs were on the complete wrong fingers, the curvy lines were straight and you could see my natural nails underneath, also the white lines were missing. I went home, files my nails and redid them myself, I ran so quickly I didn't get a picture of the nails John did for me. This place is also disgusting, the same nail files were used on everybody, the monomer was in crusty mason jars and none of the tools were sanitized between uses. I wouldn't recommend this place to me worst enemy. read more

Terrible customer service. They don't seem to care about you. Lady slammed the nail polish bottle on the table and started talking fast in her native language and walked away, after she applied just one stroke on the first finger and my wife asked if she could te consider another color. Very rude. Other employee had to take over. This was her second visit. First visit was last month and they were rude as well. She tried again and this second visit was even worst. Avoid this place. read more

I will preface this by saying I went here today from another salon because I just wanted a polish change.. But when I got here, this salon was nice and the woman who did my paint job was very nice and patient. She painted my nails with a pink gel polish, applied flower decals, and then a gel topcoat. When I went to checkout, my total for a polish change and flowers applied was $40. Then, now that I am home and still kinda salty about paying that much, I see there are bubbles, the decals aren't even sealed properly all the way around and not entirely covered in the gel topcoat I paid $20 alone for. However, accidents happen. I was willing to let it go and chalk today up as a loss. But, now I am now sitting here 4 hours after the polish job and the paint is chipping off. Gel polish. Is chipping off.. and the decals are lifting because they weren't sealed with gel. definitely don't recommend. read more

I have been going there for 2years and had a great experience there until this past week. I went to get my lashes done for my birthday which I have gotten the service plenty of times before. But this was different I woke up with swollen eyes and my only the extensions but my natural lashes were gone too. I called to talk to owner to see what she could do but instead she blamed it on me and she said I was wild sleeper or I rubbed my eyes while sleeping. I'm a grown as women I know how I sleep. When she was doing my lashes she was always working on another customer. So instead of focusing on one customer she was working on two people and not even washing her hands in between. Which is nasty because she was touching two different peoples eyes she could have passed an infection doing that. I will never go back nor will I ever recommend that place. read more

I made an appointment to get lash extensions and specifically asked for very natural looking, medium ish length lashes. I got up from the table and literally had the thickest caterpillar lashes I've ever seen in my life. Before I even left I told them that I didn't like them and they were WAY too thick and long but I got told "oh they look so good. You just have to get used to them", and they didn't help me fix anything. I went back later that day almost begged for them to remove these horrible lashes. Once again I got told that they look so good and to try and get used to them. I came back the next morning and said I need them off now. I got laughs from other staff members because I was visibly frustrated. The lady finally took them off and didn't charge. Do not go to this place for lashes unless you want to look like you want thick, spidery lashes. read more
