Seems…read morelike the board of cosmetology needs to come and reevaluate his certification/license because this work was basic at best. Asked for ballerina and he said he never heard and gave me coffin. He gave me a hot mess of whatever it's called. Chunky base. Wide past my nail bed on sides. Thick!! Misshaped and uneven filing. Made me bleed on two fingers. I tried to tell him he was filing them uneven and he snapped back and said I need to let him finish the process. Cost $75! Never again- I have a huge issue with someone charging $75 for a service and not providing it to a reasonable standard. Photos are of the day of and then 2 weeks later.

I use to be a regular here but they lost me and some of my friends as regular clients. After…read moregetting a gel manicure which didn't even last 48 hours I went back to get a quick fix. They weren't too happy that I was there during a very busy hour. And I was there to fix their mistakes which was an inconvenience for me to drive back the very next day. No worries I'll just deal with it but the nail tech that was helping me was so rude and just not happy . She attempted to paint over the chipped nail and rushed me out the door. Let's not forget how ugly it now looked and when you pay $60 you want what you paid for. I ended up approaching the manager Cindy and she didn't even acknowledge how Bad it looked and the fact that I was walking out very dissatisfied. I definitely don't recommend this nail salon to any of my military friends anymore.

I know this because there's not just a fungal infection under my acrylic fingernails but also my toes nails that only had gelcoat applied. My nails are ruined, until I can get this fungal infection cleared up. Probably months before it grows out. I'm seeing a doctor tomorrow. So disappointed.

I currently had acrylic on my toes and I wanted them removed and I wanted a fresh set. Somewhere along the way it was misinterpreted that I just wanted the acrylic removed and they were very rude about it and then charged me an extra $20 because they had already put gel on one of my feet. I totally understand the lost product and that is fine because I should've said something sooner, but $20 is insane. The guy that was drilling the acrylic off was very heavy-handed and rough. I left with scraped cuticles. I also told him that my toenails were very sensitive and it just seemed like he did not listen to me at all. So $60 later I left with a pedicure and destroyed nailbeds.

She gave me a tour around the salon and I was shocked to see how nice the back rooms were. There is an entire room towards the back of the salon with really nice pedicure chairs and what you would expect when going to a nail salon, chandeliers, fancy lighting, people getting pedicures. Normally I go to the nail salon by the Publix in Enterprise but this salon has a much nicer setup! Don't let the drab looks of the lobby deter you. I was thinking about waking out but I figured I let her practice on my head to gain experience. Know my top is long, sides and back been growing wild since covid started. I wanted to give her a chance as I could have messed it up just as bad lol (but not $50 bad) I told her I wanted to keep the top long, sides shaved but work on the back growing to a point. I was expecting a semi fade from short (back) to long (front). I even told Jamie I'm letting her as a styltest to undo my rat nest of hair. Even the sides being shaved we talked about doing a 1 to a fade to a 2 but she obv didn't feel comfortable doing that....a basic fade so we went with an over all 1 I ended up with a legit reverse mullet (picture shown). I showed my coworkers and even tho I laughed it off they even were mad for me. As a stylist you thought a reverse nullet was ok?!? Idk if it was bad communication or she was scared to work on my hair or what.... $52 (with a tip) for shaved sides and a trim....a basic men's hair cut..... I knew I should have gone to a barber who could have done the SAME JOB but better as well for cheaper. I don't understand why women are changed almost triple for the same hair cut that men pay more than half the price. 3rd picture. The top in my hand is what was long and was trimmed. The back was the length of the overall lower half of my hair. As you see she just shaved the sides, trimmed the top and decided to call it good. I didn't realize this till i was showing it off and people pointed it out that there was no blending/fade from top to back
