For something greatly oily, it felt uncomfortable seeing it cook in an abundance of its own oil. The restaurant's lackluster solution to all of this oil was to dunk in large pieces of bread to soak it up. This not only looked very unappetizing but was not a successful solution. Additionally, letting the gopchang cook in its own oil, left the gopchang to be "fried" crisp and hard. The bulgogi hotpot had a good amount of meat and vegetables, but was way too sweet. The food for jja jjang myun is sweeter than normal. The noodles were soft and not chewy. The jjam pong was not very spicy and had a very artificial spicy flavor that tasted like they substituted some of the broth with shin ramen soup powder. The seafood was all rubbery and too chewy. Just bad and to make it worse they charge for the dumbest things like a "take out" charge. 10/10 do not recommend.
