The person at the register called on the walkie talkie for assistance. After 10 mins, we asked a second time, and we were once again told someone would be right out. After checking a third time, we finally gave up after another 5 minute wait. We observed multiple employees come outside, but none asked if we needed assistance or had we been helped. We would have been absolutely ok if someone had told us that they were unable to assist with the propane, but to keep someone waiting for an extended period of time and reassuring them that an employee would be right now isn't the best customer service.

Last March they finally came to fill up my tank and came on a rainy day when I specifically asked them not to. The driver was rude and tore up my yard and then had the audacity to tell me that he was going to charge us the towing fee if his truck got stuck. The manager at the Conyers location apologized for this employee and gave me a discount due to the fact that they tore up my yard. Last week I ordered gas and they came to fill the tank. The employee was very nice and all was well until I received an email from Superior Gas that they were charging me $280.00 for tank rental because I did not order gas within a year. I order gas when I need it. My tank rental was $80.00 a year. I called and told them I was not going to pay something so ridiculous and that no one has ever told me that. They would not correct the problem and insisted that they were going to charge me the extra $200 a year for tank rental. I am changing companies and good riddance to this terrible company.
