Sweat began to bead up on my forehead as soon as I passed the threshold. Not a good look if they claim that their indoor spaces are climate temperature...it was over 90* +++....yikes! Upon entering the indoor facility, the stairs were uneven, the doors that should secure did not fit the hardware, and the spaces had pest traps. The entire tour lasted maybe 10min and nothing online was evidently what was relayed over the phone=-(

After complaining they came out and found the leak, made me sign paperwork explaing they fixed the problem two months later. Today the field guy refused to come into our home and light the pilot, a service they provide. I saw the game and said no need for him to even come and fill the tank, we'll shop elsewhere, the receptionist replied "ok bye". Hello blast...........worst service rendered.........petro flame better be glad that there are no smokers inside our home, otherwise my family would all be gone.
