Unfortunately, tonight's visit wasn't as enjoyable as most. We were trying to refill or exchange a propane cylinder. We were told to wait outside by the gate, and someone was on their way. The person at the register called on the walkie talkie for assistance. After 10 mins, we asked a second time, and we were once again told someone would be right out. After checking a third time, we finally gave up after another 5 minute wait. We observed multiple employees come outside, but none asked if we needed assistance or had we been helped. We would have been absolutely ok if someone had told us that they were unable to assist with the propane, but to keep someone waiting for an extended period of time and reassuring them that an employee would be right now isn't the best customer service.
