We love their dog washing station. It isn't always the cleanest, but it works for us. The store is usually well stocked and has some great unique finds and good prices. Unfortunately, tonight's visit wasn't as enjoyable as most. We were trying to refill or exchange a propane cylinder. We were told to wait outside by the gate, and someone was on their way. The person at the register called on the walkie talkie for assistance. After 10 mins, we asked a second time, and we were once again told someone would be right out. After checking a third time, we finally gave up after another 5 minute wait. We observed multiple employees come outside, but none asked if we needed assistance or had we been helped. We would have been absolutely ok if someone had told us that they were unable to assist with the propane, but to keep someone waiting for an extended period of time and reassuring them that an employee would be right now isn't the best customer service. read more

Quick stop for dog stuff: Customer service: The cashier, Tracy, was super friendly and told us where everything was. As soon as we walked in she gave us a warm welcoming. We didn't really encounter any other associates, so she is the only one I can speak about. While leaving, she was equally as friendly and asked if we found everything. Our first experience here was marvelous :) Store: They have eeeeverything! We came here for dog stuff, and I think I'd be able to buy everything necessary here. As far as their other merchandise, they have a lot, and they stock their shelves really well. If you look for something pet-wise, this location may have it. Would I recommend? Yes! Will I be back? Cashiers are inexperienced in price of items. Took several changes with management before they finally figured out that they were charging about $60 more per item than they were suppose too. They chose to go through their catalog in order to charge me, but what is in the book, is not what is carried in the store. It would have cost me an extra 280.00 if I had let them get away with it. Sad that I have to walk them through the correct item on the internet while standing at the register. This location has gone down hill over the last 3 years. read more

Very rude staff. I returned $500 worth of purchases immediately. I waited 25 minutes for someone to unlock the back gate so I could pick up my purchases. Despite three attempts and asking them to call for help to load up the purchase, I was ignored and was told that they are also busy. They had several people working and two were just standing around. Rather than acknowledge I had been waiting for nearly 30 min, I finally got fed up and returned my purchases. I will never shop here again. So rude. read more

We went in looking for a fuel filter for a tractor. The employees were too busy socializing to acknowledge us, and we could see no signs in indicating any thing to do with tractors. When I asked, I was waved vaguely to the back corner of the store where there was one (1) fuel filter which was the wrong size. When I asked about this, the employees basically shrugged and went back to socializing. They clearly had no interest in customer service, nor did it bother them that a "Tractor Supply" did not have such a simple tractor accessory. I will never go back. read more

This store needs more training in customer service. No one greeted me as I walked in. I had to ask where a particular item was located and she looked at me as if I was disturbing her. The staff was wearing masks but there were many customers in the store that were not wearing any masks. This should definitely be a store policy at this moment. The cashier rung up a clearance item for the full price and when I went back in, one of the staff members was very rude and told the cashier that I was unable to return a clearance item. I advised her that I was not trying to return the item, just trying to get the difference in price that cashier should have caught in the first place. She then rudely just walked away instead of apologizing for her error. I will never go back to this store. read more

Went in on Saturday to the Conyers, GA location to purchase a Truck tool box, first there was a sign up that stated 20% off (had expired) second there was a sales price up of $299 for a specific box. Bill came and asked if we needed help, I said yes, I'm looking for the $299 box, I said, I do not believe that this box (place at the sign) is the correct box, there was no way it would be discounted that much. Bill then said in a smarta** tone, "well these are not where they should be as I just put this one out and it does not belong here" (So Bill is lazy? Bill lacks the ability to correct the issues?) so then I said so can you help me find this box ($299) and also is there an additional 20% off? Bill said as he removed the 20% sign no this is old (expired 1 week ago) well again, is Bill lazy? If Bill noticed this earlier or knew this would you not think he would have already corrected it? - So again, Bill said let me get a price gun and I guess I can help you, really, "You think you can help" - Now Bill I would say is in his 50's, would you not think he should know better? Well I can say if Bill worked for me I'd fire him! I WILL NEVER GO TO THIS STORE AGAIN, and will do my BEST TO TELL EVERYONE to boycott! read more
