I also found the Benadryl spray version that can heal the bites. I got both because I needed something that is strong enough to handle the bug bites. I f'ing hate mosquitoes with a deep passion!

Also, they have most medication in stuck...The other thing that was so visible there are many associates work in this location. Before, It was a mission to find an associate in aisle...So the experience was great here. They had a great selection of cards $2/5 and their balloons were $3.99...Pretty ones and cheap! I feel bad for the workers because they don't work very well. Another downside is that when I finally decided to get the vaccine, they kept reminding me of it, and because they are so busy, you usually have to wait for the pharmacist as they're constantly being pulled to the counter for customers with questions, especially if there's only one pharmacist! Finally, some of the pharm techs are super nice and very efficient; others, not so much. I always have my app out, but sometimes the regular line moves faster than the line for people with the barcode ready to scan. Finally, I don't know why, but they always close for lunch about the time I get there, which is usually based on when I get out from the doctor, or a couple of weeks ago, when I was released from the hospital and had to wait 20 minutes for them to open. I get that they need to have lunch, but it's amazing how every other company knows how to work around people's lunches to remain open. Now, after all this ranting, they've never messed up my prescription, and when I've shown up early (because I came directly from the doctor's office), they do a great job of speeding up my prescription. The pharmacists I've met are very knowledgeable and helpful. Some of the people transferred from the CVS in the Village of Orange, so I recognize them, and I think they recognize me, which is comforting.

Besides those above, expect techs and pharmacists to ignore you for minutes at the drop-off counter, long lines especially during weekends, including the mobile pick-up line that's supposed to be alot more zippy. Only silver lining is that I could ring up a few items from the store side with my prescription pickup. Now that the one at the Village of Orange is closed, this is the closest CVS to me, although CVS originally transferred all my prescriptions to the CVS on Katella. For the most part, this CVS is fine. It can get busy, but then all of them can. What's challenging about this one is the hours are shortened compared to most stand-alone CVS's. This isn't good for people who work and might not be able to pick up prescriptions during the day. The other thing about this location is they often run our of over-the-counter medication, especially around cold and flu time. On the plus side, I've received my last couple of flu/covid shots here and found them to be very friendly and helpful. I always make an appointment which helps, but if a walk-up comes before you check in via the app, you might still be waiting 10-15 minutes. However, I appreciate the fact that they take their time with people and don't rush into just jabbing them with a vaccine and kicking them to the door.

A couple minutes later went by and still waiting. I was the only one in this small drive thru shop. I asked again and the lady asked if I had an appt. I said yes and that it was at 2:30. She said she doesn't see anyone in the system. I said to check again. She saw my name and I advised that I had been waiting since 2:15. I was finally called at 3:05pm. The pharmacy technician was having trouble checking me in. I finally saw their two interns who were practicing how to vaccinate me as they had never used the specific needle. I finally got out the pharmacy at 3:15pm. The facility needs to be better at honoring appointments on time when you only have one patient/customer in the building!

The employee assisting me explained that even though I had 10+ forms of identification with me she needed to scan the back of my drivers license to give me my meds. Another employee working in close proximity to her came over and asked if I know my drivers license number. I do and I gave it to her. I was able to pick up my prescriptions at that time. The employee's name is Noah. I so appreciated his help in saving me a trip of leaving and returning when there was another solution. My medical insurance recently changed from Walgreens to CVS. Shout out to Noah offering his unsolicited help. CVS you have an exemplary employee to be proud of representing your company. He deserves recognition. The Target in this place is so comforting and calming as someone with autism. This pharmacist lady who is African American is so sweet and gentle with me. She reminds me of a woman I saw on tv years ago, but I don't know who it could be? She asked me if I was ok after going to the restroom before getting the vaccine shots. I told her that I had matcha on the way here and likely had a bathroom emergency due to the stress and anxiety I was dealing with. This place is so comforting to be in.

In the app it appeared there were many in stock and when I arrived I found the microwave and placed it in my cart. I noticed the item was listed for $20 more so I figured I took it to the check out but the clerk could not help me price match the item. I talked with a lead or manager and she suggested I purchase a membership for $59 a year and have it delivered to my house. She also suggested I order it online and pick it up later. I had the exact item in the cart, why would I returned later? It is unfortunate that she could not honor the online price even this one time for a community member and regular customer, I left the store with no microwave and picked one up at Home Depot. On another note, the lines are always long. The clerks don't seem to happy to help. I just don't get it. Walmart, do better!!!
