I am honored to write this review of Alberto and son Landscaping. From the minute I put a request…read morefor a quote they were not only responsive, but Bryan was so patient as my teaching/ Dean of Students schedule kept getting in the way of our connecting. Bryan kept in touch to accommodate my schedule. The work of Albert, Bryan, and another worker they brought was outstanding. They listened to every request I had and continuously asked that I made sure the work met my expectation. It not only met my expectation but exceeded what I expected. I will also write their responsive professionalism was extremely impressive. An invoice was set by my request ahead of the work and a receipt was immediately sent upon payment. Yet to fully give a review of Albert and son without saying how sweet, nice, and respectful they were would not give you a full picture. With my husband not feeling well and could not come out I felt so secure with these polite and helpful landscaping crew. I cannot wait to have them back!!!! Ah to fully complete a review one should comment on cost and value. This team really understood my financial constraints and stuck to their quote. No hidden charges and totally reasonable charge for beautiful work!!!!

Excellent Work done by Joao and his crew. They finished my entire Landscaping Project in 11 days…read moreand i had a huge Project. Joan Under Promised and Over Delivered. They Started with installing my steps and those turned out great. He Installed Block Steps with Granite on Top and beautifully cut veneer on the face. The efforts put in the steps showed and they followed all the rules and regulations. John and his team later installed a 784 Sq Feet Unilock Pavered Patio. They did the entire 9 yards. They did the digging using their own Bob cats and tools, leveling installing different materials such as sand, stone, polymeric sand. Precise and beautiful. He gave me a 2 year warranty and came with us to choose the material. He showed us all the invoices of the material he bought. The team was working on site everyday at 7.30 AM and left sharp at 5.30 PM. They even worked on Saturday. They cleaned up after themselves and even had lunches while doing the work. Just a great experience.

We had a back porch that was rotting and falling apart and needed to be removed. We also had a hot tub that I thought would complicate things. But when Jose arrived to give us a quote he knew exactly what needed to be done and that's why we hired him. His team deconstructed our porch and made a beautiful patio along with two sets of steps. They also made a support wall to ensure that the steps stay in place. Throughout this whole project, Jose was easily approachable, communicative and friendly. We couldn't be happier with the final product. I will be hiring Jose again for future projects!

Their work is both exceptional and reasonably priced. We have J.Gudiel Landscaping cut and edge our grass, prune our bushes, lay down mulch in the spring, and do a fall clean-up. Our yard always looks neat and beautiful during the spring, summer and fall. Jose and his team are also available to help with other yard work. For instance they were able to fix several sections of our falling vinyl fence, and this is when we couldn't find a company to do the small job. Jose always keeps us informed, and quickly responds to any concerns you may have. And you can tell he takes great pride in his work. You won't be disappointed!

I have been using Smart Landscaping for years and was previously happy with the service. This year…read morehas been the worst year working with them and I will no longer work with them. Here are some of the reasons: - They never notify us when they are coming so if we do not take our lights down in our bushes, they end up destroyed as they say in their contract they are not responsible. We have had to replace several lights and also ripped furniture covers. I watch the crew just rush through the work without any regards to quality or our things and do not care if they destroy them. - They supposedly removed weeds, however we ended up with poisonous India Poke weed in our flower beds. - Our lawn had several yellow spots and despite reaching out to them about it I never heard back. - We do not do lawn mowing with them and they mowed our lawn with the Fall clean up and charged us for this without asking. It was not outlined in the contract that they would do a lawn mowing with fall clean up. Its unfortunate that this service has gone down hill. I liked working with them for years and had been happy with them in the past and hopefully this review will help them adjust their practices.
