They did an excellent job, and we subsequently retained them for annual maintenance. Recently (May 2023), however, when we asked them to help us redesign a portion of our back yard, they hesitated but then finally provided a proposal, which we accepted. Less than a week later, without explanation, we were contacted and told they would not be doing the job and our annual lawn service would be discontinued. Despite several attempts, no further communication or explanation was provided. We don't know if the business is now defunct or if they simply decided they no longer wanted our business. We would have been ok with any reasonable explanation, but the lack of communication is highly unprofessional and frustrating as we now need to find an alternative service provider mid-way through the lawncare season. Contract this company at your own risk.

I was planning to have the spray-on seal-coating, but he explained the benefit of going with the brushed on instead for my new driveway. We came to an agreement on the price and he and another worker did the job. They were there sooner than expected because of a cancellation. Maybe the person who cancelled had heard a better weather forecast than we did. It rained only a few hours after the work was done. I was very concerned. Mike said that they guarantee their work. He came over the next week and coated the areas that had washed away. My driveway looks great. Thank you Mike.

The price was a little more than the other two estimates I got but I chose North American because of all the five star reviews on Angie's List and I'm happy now that I did. The owner, Mike, is friendly and honest and I will be a repeat customer in the future!

I found him to have been personable and focused, so it was a pleasure to discuss the project with him. A clear and comprehensive estimate was promptly drawn up and delivered. In spite of very hot, humid, and wet weather, Bill and his crew showed up early each day of the project and remained cheerful and industrious throughout the entire time it took to construct the patio and landscape that area of the yard. Truly, it was fun and fascinating to have them working here. The few times that I wasn't quite satisfied with something, they carefully listened to my complaint and fixed the problem to my complete satisfaction. I am thrilled with the patio! My friends and neighbors are favorably impressed, and I feel certain that it has enhanced the look and value of my home. Mostly, though, I am delighted that our new patio provides us with an attractive and comfortable living area. When I purchased my…read moreplants, I was given the impression that if any of them died within a reasonable period of time, they would be replaced. Unfortunately, a few of my plants died (same species) only 4-5 months after purchase, and the company has now failed to honor the word they gave me. Purchased 4-2026. I understand that there is stone in parts of my garden, but the stone is in no way obstructing or interfering with the areas where these plants were planted. The plants were properly placed in their designated garden beds, so I do not feel that the presence of stone is a fair reason to deny replacement. What is most disappointing is that I relied on what I was told when making my purchase. I expected the company to stand behind its plants and its word, especially when the plants failed within just a few months. Customer service and honoring commitments matter, and unfortunately, I feel that my experience fell far short of those expectations. I hope the company reconsiders its decision and does the right thing by replacing the plants as originally promised. If not, I would not purchase from them again and steer others away.
