There were some issues…read morewith the install that Tom assured me they would resolve. 6 months later Tom has rescheduled and/or ignored me at least 10 times, swore at me, and done nothing to help. We have completely lost the base layer in portions of the turf and now fungus is growing out of the turf and other small sections have been blown off. Stuff happens, but Tom and Northeast Synthetic Turf have taken 6 months now, and a dozen + messages to me to do nothing. Below are the texts we exchanged. I can share screen shots of all of them. 3/20 - Tom scheduled me for 3/20 to see our site (does not show) 3/21 - Tom rescheduled me for 3/21 (does not show) 3/22 - Tom rescheduled me for 3/23 at 4pm (does not show) 3/22 - Tom rescheduled me for 3/23 at 1:30pm. Said we would install week ending 4/4 (does not show) 3/30 - Tom rescheduled me for some time in the future (does not show) 4/7 - Tom rescheduled me for 4/7 at 9am (does not show) 4/8 - Tom rescheduled me for 4/10. They actually came 4/20 - I text Tom saying the install crew wrecked one of our sprinkler heads, a few spots on the turf aren't secured, and a few square feet are not draining at all. He responds, "OK, Shoot me a text when the sprinklers are turned on" 5/17 - I text Tom additional photos of the issues 6/12 - I text Tom for an update 7/14 - I text Tom for an update. He responds "sorry I'm away, will touch base Monday to get you squared away asap". No response from Tom for months. (does not respond) 8/23 - I text Tom for an update (does not respond) 9/5 - I text Tom for an update 9/8 - Tom responds "Hi I will send guys on Fri" (does not send anyone) 9/11 - I Text Tom for an update, expressing my frustration 9/11 - Tom responds "Who the F is this one of a hundred ... hold off give me awk ... In detail what is wrong" 9/12 - Tom texts "I ve read your texts. Be there this wk" 9/13 - Tom texts "I apologize... I ll text on what day this wk" (a week goes by with no follow up) 9/19 - Tom texts "Be there Monday (9/21) (does not show) 9/22 - Tom texts "We re coming it s not as bad as yar think.... We needed to replace a failing retaining wall in the front of our house. I was nervous to get quotes as I knew it would be a large undertaking. The owner took his time, explaining to me their licenses, thoughtful approach to each step in the process and what his design / structure recommendations were! He was honest, direct and so helpful. When his crew came to do the work they were pleasant and very committed to the project. The final result is perfect! I have never seen a more level or straight wall. Not only was it a necessary undertaking for supporting the front of our house but it has aesthetically elevated our front yard so much! So pleased with the work! They came out just a few days later to give us an estimate and said they could schedule us for the next week. They came out today and our yard looks amazing. We are first-time homeowners and moved into our house in March of 2019. We kept up with mowing last summer and did a small clean up in the fall, but there was still a ton of work to do--leaves, branches, trash (blown onto the yard from the main road we live on), and weeds. We also had a large tree removed from the front yard and there were stump grindings left. Campos Bros. took care of all of it! The yard looks the best it's ever looked and I am so happy I didn't have to deal with the stump--they cleaned it up and put loam and grass seed. I would highly recommend Campos. Val at Level 10 and his crew began work at our house in Stow in March of 2021. The first…read moreinstallment of the project was to adhere pink Tennessee marble to the outside of the home. Not your usual job. It is like putting a puzzle together except it is a french style design house, (not a box style home flat and square) which made it more of a challange. You have to have an eye for it and the crew definitely had the insight. It pulled together very quickly and it was intriquing to watch them. It is just amazing! The marble work continued covering the chimney which is also beautiful. Inside they used more marble to make a fireplace mantle from the raised hearth to the ceiling. All of these projects are exquisite, unique and beautifully done. Next came the bluestone walkway up to the front door with two landings and a porch, stunning...Then they leveled the yard and seeded the lawn. Finally the plantings were put in and the yard popped! All spring and summer into the fall the yard is in bloom. It is full of colors from the bushes to the trees. Val has a touch that captures each home in it's unique way. His crew are amazing. They too have an amazing talent. They are a part of the artistry. They work very hard whether it be cold climbing ladders with marble pieces in their hands or in stiflingly hot weather planting trees! They are a kind and professional crew and we enjoyed working with them. Level 10, from start to finish only do quality work. I highly recommend them. We are complimented all the time and we still use them to maintain our home.

Dale has some solid experience with these machines and installed everything in my complex yard to ensure it would work flawlessly, which it does. It is great to get the personal and hands on support for a job like this. He buried the wire, set up the app and the mower does it's job.
